Very easy procedures. Friendly user website. With a click you order in advance and you have your currency ready for pick up. The personnel is also great. I recommend ICE very much

During a call, the woman seemed very disinterested in my question. She hung up on me as soon as she gave me the answer to my first question even though I had many more. Do not work with these people. Extremely rude.

Definitely a to-go spot if you need currency that isn't commonly carried at a lot of the other spots. Go on their website and order at least 5 days ahead, though, and you'll get a decent rate. It's also less expensive to go to the one at the Eaton Centre than the one at the airport.The person working there was very nice and professional. They counted everything in front of me and didn't complain at all when I had to pay with two different debit cards.

Good Rates if you reserve online. Do not use any walk up rates. Compared to my bank (TD) the rates at ICE are slightly better. Obviously they know the banks' rates and beat it by a little bit. Good for them. The one negative and the reason its 4 stars not 5 is their tellers are rude. Efficient but rude. You get your money as agreed but don't expect a smile.

Quick service but rates are the worst in town. This should be a last resort kind of place if none of the other exchange spots have what you're looking for.

I had just called this company and the woman I was talking with had copped me additude when I had tried to ask if they accept all forms of Internation Currency, specifically coins. I didn't even have a chance to ask if they convert bills, because she had hung up on me in mid sentence. My boyfriend called back after I explained the situation, and she tried to cop him additude also, but quickly got put in her place by him. If you want to run a business properly, you don;t cop people additude and ignorance.

very bad service and they don’t have good rate. The lady on the phone is very rude and don’t even tell you how much will cost and everything. Avoid this place people.
