Pure Integrative Pharmacy - West Broadway

I've been dealing with Pure for a couple years now and I've always had good service.Recently, I urgently needed some help and they were fantastic!I was out of town on an extended trip and I forgot a medication and they made all the arrangements with the courier company to send it. This doesn't even begin to explain the amount of work that they did on my behalf to set-up, arrange and pay for the shipment.On top of that, they spent a lot of time sending and re-sending information for the FDA so my prescription could clear customs.Kristy and her staff went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate how much they did and all of their efforts!Thank you again for such excellent service!

*** Update*** - These folks are so very kind and continue to go out of their way on a regular basis to make sure we both have what we need. They answer all my mum's questions with patience and display true empathy. This humanity is rarely seen or experienced in our North American culture, and we are so far beyond grateful for you all. Just wanted to remind you how much you mean to us and the community!These folks go above and beyond, and we are so thankful to them. Amazing service that is second to none. The pharmacist has dropped off required medication a few times when I have missed the timing for the delivery driver. Who does that? PURE :) Further, they are super helpful and always happy to answer any questions and talk about concerns. This is the 'Gold Standard' for pharmacy customer service in every respect.

I have ordered prescriptions from this location for the past two years and have experienced major issues with organization, accuracy and delivery. My prescription was shorted, shipped when I wanted it picked up and the final straw - it took over a week to fill a 'rush' order which the representative stated would be posted within 24 hours. Instead of receiving it within four business days it will take 12. Very disappointing for a company that is supposed to hand make your prescriptions - it begs the question how accurate they actually are. The only thing I have ever received with consistency is I'm Sorry". My advice if you have to use Pure - utilize a different location and keep your fingers crossed for better luck than I have had."

I was amazed at how attentive the staff was with me when I went in to purchase an iron supplement. Incredibly knowledgeable and caring! Thank you :)) I will be back!

I have had problems with this location, I called and did my order for a refill over the phone and he was so fast with me I thought he probably screwed up, and he did! he didn't even do the order, I drive all the way from Burnaby and it wasn't even made so I had to come back, so then I came back two days later they gave me the wrong prescription and called my cell phone as I drove home and had to go back. What a nightmare and apparently it's the owner who's is the one taking your order and screwing up. So try a different location if u can cause this place blows.

Pharmacy and clinic in one building. Friendly efficient staff. I had no problem with the friendly service. Essentials oils kept in stock.

I have complex chronic illness and require several & varied medications. I swapped out Shoppers for Pure many years ago and have not regretted it once. The care, attention & customer service has been outstanding, not to mention the accommodations they've made for me and the empathy & kindness I've received from all the staff. Highly recommend.

Bob is the best- I had great compounder b 4 I moved to B.C. I had to find the best here as not all compounds are the same & although many say we r all the same" not so. I had reactions. So off I set to find the best for me. I called Pure because Bob

I have been a customer of this location for more than 8 years. They were amazing - very customer centred, excellent knowledge, great communication. They WERE amazing.Now, they are slow, lack the basic concepts of costumer service, cannot follow process and are verging on incompetent. In the last 5 months I have encountered error after error, missed callbacks, inattention to detail, missed deliveries and they have filled the wrong medications. I have been assured each time that they will correct the problems with training and process updatesI have been waiting for critical meds for over a week (2nd time in 2 months). Called every two days to check on the status (because they don’t call me) was assured 100% that my meds would be delivered today. They sent the WRONG prescription!Last straw. Moving ALL of my family needs to MacDonald Pharmacy.PURE broadway is a disaster.

Best pharmacy in kits, hands down. These group gets communication and customer service.
