Came here back in March 2021 to buy a newly released 5.11 backpack. To my surprise, they gave me a discounted price for a sale they were about to have in a few days. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for duty/tactical gear. Don’t forget to say hello to the owner’s dog!

Tetragon is simply the best store for tactical supplies in Canada. With their extensive product selection and ample knowledge to go with it. You will not find a better company. Customer support is second to none. Most of my orders were shipped same day and on my door step within 2 business days. If you have a need for a specific product they do not stock, they will work to get it stocked for you (and in a timely manner). I will always choose Tetragon TDI for my work needs.

I have bought a wide variety of items from Tetragon, Had some items special ordered while others I bought off the shelf. Manufacturers are a bit slow at shipping sometimes but Tetragon never promises short timing to get the sale. I've been able to cancel special orders if they've taken to long without penalty. Store manager is very knowledgeable, very knowledgeable. Conversation is always great.

Went here for 2 reasons. The prices are the cheapest across Canada. The other reason was the high quality customer service. The staff, guessing the owner, was extremely professional, easy going, and knowledgeable.Will definitely be coming back next time I need another pair of good quality tactical boots.

Tactical Teacher here, CQB and Pistol instructor. This P320 Rings Blue Gun has been an unobtainium training aid for years! I was lucky to find it using a google search at Tetragon in Mississauga, ON. The software for ordering was straightforward and it even included a discount code, how lucky is that. Shipping was immediate that same day since they use CPostC software. I use the SnapShip software by CpostC and have always been pleased ( gotta say something good when they get things right). Shipping was fast from Mississauga up to Georgian Bay, ON. Most happy. Thanks for carrying this product in your inventory and making it available. I train many beginners (muzzle control, trigger finger discipline) and having several blue guns to match my Safariland ALS holster set sure is easy to travel across the country with!! Great products, pretty poor customer service. I consistently have issues with them in terms of giving clear timelines for shipping and delivery and responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, if at all. Management has typically been very good at handling complaints but have had multiple negative experiences with their sales department in terms of knowing if and when I will receive my goods and responding to inquiries in less than a week.

While some of the products have been slow to be shipped to Tetragon, once they are in it is smooth sailing. I have been refunded promptly and shipped alternate sizes until I got the right size. Jamie has been incredibly helpful and understanding. The products themselves are fantastic. Keep up the good work.
