Best service I’ve had pretty much anywhere! The staff are so helpful, accommodating, kind, honest, and flexible to your budget. They never want to upsell or push their ideas - they’re just there to be the perfect supports. Such a lovely store. I wish they were open on Sundays, but we all deserve a day off. Thanks all!

If any business wants to take notes on how to hire ,get out your pad and paper. All staff went out and beyond. There attitude is like they have there own name on the door. Staff answered my questions professionally, staff ordered what i needed from a nother location as they didn't t have it stock. Staff contacted me when it arrived at the time estimated. Then as a bonus, staff noticed i lived on the same street and dropped it off. Now i dont expect that every time because it will be my pleasure heading into the East Van location to drop off ice cream. Do you like ice cream?thank you ,Duane - Stone Valley.

It’s a great place to go to if you want good paint all around that will last a long time it may be a little pricey but you get what you pay for and the turn out is great once your done ✔️

We had a great experience here today. Bruce, staff member was an expert on all things paint. He mixed the paint we needed without fuss. He guided us to the best roller and brush for the job and even gave us a run through in how to paint - which was very useful for a novice like me! Bruce was friendly and courteous throughout! We'll be returning to Benjamin Moore on Clark Street when we need more paint and guidance! Nice work!

If you are a home owner painting things yourself, these guys are super helpful. My man Bruce was a fount of great advice on types of paint and techniques for application. In a job where cost is 80% labour I’m willing to pay for a premium paint.
