I recently went to Norlang off 88th for an issue regarding my AC. First, I was quoted one price in person, only for that price to nearly double over the phone an hour later. Next I was assured that the part needed would be available for Wednesday, as I required my car mid day Thursday (which I have now told them two times I leave for a trip with that car on Thursday). I drop my car off Wednesday and the guy at the counter said he forgot to call me, and that the part was not in yet and it was expected tomorrow morning. He says he would call me by noon Thursday to update me whether the part is in/whether they are working on it, so I left my car there overnight. By 1pm Thursday I had not heard anything, so I phone them, in which the reply I got was its expected pick up is 5pm Friday". I explained that won't work

We are travelling with an RV and our truck developed a problem with the alternator. Norlang was extremely helpful with getting us back on the road. We contacted them because they are the top auto repair shops listed with our Lubrico Warranty Service. I fully recommend them, particularly for emergency repairs.

My engine light came on, I took it here, they immediately gave me a courtesy vehicle at no charge, they worked with my warranty company and fixed everything within a week. I had a blown turbo, the warranty company was Lubrico, they paid for almost everything. I got my vehicle back within a week with a brand new OEM turbo and was using their loaner vehicle the entire week free of charge. 5/5 stars all day, no haggling or issues I don't think this could have gone any better. Life time customer at this point.

Just had the brakes done on our Mazda. Excellent service and they use great technology to communicate /remind you from appointment booking until job is complete! Since the new owners took over the place is refreshingly different with outstanding service. If you live in the area definitely give them a try!

This is my third time visiting Norlang auto, the staff are friendly and helpful! I particularly recommend Devon he is a pleasure to deal with.I came here initially because of the good reviews and proximity for me, but my most recent visit has cemented them as the auto shop of choice for me. The other mechanic I was using recommend that I get new brake pads alongside rotors but I decided to go to norlang because of my experience in the past, even though the price was a bit higher. To my delight they let me know that my brakes are okay and actually only needed minor servicing rather than replacing. Most places would take you for a 'ride' and be happy to replace them early, but the team at Norlang was honest.I will be going here from now on and can't recommend them enough!Thanks again

Norlang was awesome to deal with. They provide detailed analysis, show a lot of technical competency and professionalism. Always positive and helpful. Clear about costs and expectations. Great problem solvers! Plan to brings our vehicles there in the future. They didn’t give up on my car and it runs like new now. So happy !

The Norlang service staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.My wife had her car break down with our daughter due to have a baby! She needed a car!Norlang diagnosed her car issue same day, gave her a courtesy car and had her car fixed the following day!They even washed and detailed her car!Thank you for all the help! Norlang fixed and replaced all 02 sensors on my MB CLK 320. The service was great and the communication was on point with the online reports of the car and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Devon who was awesome
