I travel for work and stay at hotels around 250 days a year. This is one of the better hotels I have been to. The rooms are extremely clean and the cleaning staff do an exceptional job. The hot breakfast is always top notch with a variety of food that changes everyday. Bacon day is my favorite. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to fix a room issue of mine. The only issue I have is that the doors aren't very well insulated for sound and alot of hallway noise is heard. I was reading the one star reviews and it's obvious that another hotel in the area is taking advantage of the Google review system, I had a good chuckle reading the fake comments.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chilliwack East, an IHG Hotel
Stayed here for about two weeks. Seems like a very new hotel so very clean and hot breakfast (eg muffins, yoghurt, bacon, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, omelettes, etc.) every morning 6:30-9:30am. Front desk was super friendly all around. This hotel is quality standard that Holiday Inn sets for all its venues. Will definitely come here again when I stay around the area. Good job!Not advertised anywhere else, but they also have two J1772 chargers for EV cars for hotel guests (see front desk for keys to lock). I used this every night with no issues whatsoever.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chilliwack East, an IHG Hotel
Bed was so comfortable. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. Just a lil weird. We swam in the pool, the room was nice and warm. Great breakfest selection. Hot food, coffee, juice, tea, cereals and other food free in the morning.Rooms were very clean and the night lady was a sweetheart. Great experience.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chilliwack East, an IHG Hotel
I stayed for 3 nights, and it was very pleasant. Every morning they had a good breakfast which was always fresh, and varied daily. They didn't have an ATM on site, but there is one at the convenience store next to the hotel. Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool, but it was well maintained and clean. I'll definitely stay there again the next time I'm in town.

The staff are super friendly, go above and beyond and extremely professional! The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, rooms are beautiful, comfortable bed and pillows! The breakfast was fresh and hot and coffee was great too! The pool was extremely clean with clean towels readily available! My family really enjoyed staying here! I can’t express enough the two ladies at the front are extremely kind, helpful and amazing at their jobs! We got our room last minute over a long weekend as we booked with another hotel in Abbotsford different hotel. When we checked in was less than satisfactory 0/10. I was frantically calling every hotel to find everything booked up! My last call was Holiday Inn Express in Chilliwack…I was able to hold the room over then phone! My husband, 2 small children and our small dog drove over asap! The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating! I was so relieved! I can’t thank you enough!!
