I am only giving Western Canadian Modular Homes 5 stars because it wont let me give any more. Best company I have ever dealt with, starting from their sales staff to the maintenance man. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their new home

This is the absolute worse company to buy a home from. the salespeople will lie to you. The owner will lie to you. The warranty people are handymen that have no clue what they are doing. Nothing but broken promises for two years. The houses are poorly constructed with short cuts and penny pinching low quality materials. They will try to ignore you while running out the clock on their warranty work. Stay as far away from these people as possible.
