I have been with RBC for very long time and I use to come to this bank had no issues . Lately everyone at this bank is WAYYYY to slow and take there sweet time doing everything. An elderly man with English barrier waited as 4 people came and left . This is unacceptable. This one girl saw him waiting and she was so kind to help she stepped up right away while no one was looking or even reassuring they’ll be with him or anyone else . I understand the bank can be busy with its clients that does not excuse u to acknowledge the people in the line especially senior , on top that I had to help the old Punjabi senior with interpretation cause the bank couldn’t even offer to help with that . Not happy with service but shot out to the girl in red I didn’t get your name but your the best !!! This needs to change.

I attended this branch with a request for assistance in completing the payment for my son's motorcycle. The loan was held by a finance firm located in Toronto. Personal tellers were most helpful. I would like to pass on my thanks to Deb for her and her colleague assistance in this matter. Job well done.

Staff (Rano this one's for you) wasted 2 weeks of my time, she didn't know what she was talking about, at least could have updated me over phone. Waste of time. Will be cutting all my ties from this bank.

Poor service, unnecessary long wait time, staff was walking around without taking care of the customers.

We applied for mortgage application and our mortgage broker was Sukh virk(not sure abt last name). We applied with him in February this year and possession date was june and we received no response, no answer, he picked our calls and always said was working on file. When there were 2 weeks left for possession date we called him he said it’s not yet approved. Wat on earth he was doing with our file for atleast 4 months and rbc says they does mortgages in around 1-2 month. We only got left with 2 weeks , was so stressed and we have switch to other mortgage broker and interest by that time even got increased because sukh not completing his work on time. He was rude, irresponsible and please don’t go with him. U are spending so much money on your dream home and going with sukh will make process horrible for you. DO NOT GO WITH SUKH. We were so much disappointed because of this irresponsible guy!!

Worst customer service experience ever with bank teller Harjot. She wasted 1.5 hours to helps us finish our banking needs. If you talk about bank policies it should be same on every visit; wasting our time is not done. She needs to learn how to handle customers

Manmeet THIS ONE FOR YOU. Worse customer service - Management should train their employee on how to treat customers. Rude & unethical on every visit specially towards east Indians. Sick of unnecessary wait ,staff busy gossiping. Request to change your attitude and be more welcoming to customer.
