My driver was nice. I wish he didn't misunderstood me that I'm tipping him 20$ for letting me arrive ontime.

Quick and friendly service, both on the phone and driving the car.

I haven't taken a cab in years...my car broke down in Brantford...I needed a ride into Hamilton so I called Bell City Cabs...my driver Steve was wonderful...he was nice and friendly...wore a mask as well...put me at ease right away....I also didn't have to wait long for him to arrive to pick me up...the car was immaculate...I'm really weary due to covid and that was the first thing I noticed was how clean the car was...second was how nice Steve was...got me home without getting lost and didn't complain once for having to leave city limitsI definitely would call and use them again...the girl at dispatch was pleasant as wellI highly recommend this taxi cab serviceThanks again!!Barb

My daughter took one of your cabs last night, during the first snow storm. Her trip took her down Brant Ave, which was basically a parking lot and took about 15 minutes to move from one end to the other. To her surprise, the driver stopped the meter for that period, stating that it wasn’t her fault it was moving that slow. That was unexpected but very much appreciated by her. Seems like drivers get a lot more bad reviews than good, so this one needs to be noted. Thanks.

A very nice driver picked me perfectly on time to the minute. He was very nice driving me to simcoe. He also waited until I got into the medical center with no problems. Thank you for the perfect service.

I will never want to give them business and not good reviews because I was working for them till yesterday and before in 2005 till 2007.Monday April 17they lay off me. One of fake complaint from casino night shift security supervisor because he doesn't like me. Because of other personal reasons.which nothing to do with my job and that incident . The reason they make it Big issue I was asking other taxi company guy one of my close friend number because I by mistake factory reset my device and didn't save. He said no I can't give u his number.which I totally understand. Came back to my viechle didn't say any single word.Without any talk investigation to know what was reason either that was my mistake .I got letter next day from company Owner don,t come to work.I will never work for them because no job security at all without talking to me Lay off me from work. I will work one month any where because my future career is more bright then driving for that company.In couple weeks I will be graduate from my college. I will have more better opportunities in jobs.My advice before working any company make sure the don't lay off on any fake complaint because Good company don't work like this.I. Khan

Absolutely awful company. Last two times used the cab had me waiting 40 minutes because they never sent one out despite saying they did multiple times. Pathetic and abysmal service. I can not stress this enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The cab driver tailgated us driving to close on April 5th. I called the cab company and they dealt with the driver
