Said that my transaction did not go through because I had a iCloud email? Said no funds were pulled out when I purchased some baseball tickets. I checked my account and yes they did pull the funds. And I did not receive any tickets. Literally in a matter of seconds they called me saying it didn't go through and said they can't refund anything that did not go through. Well I see a change on my card that IS NOT pending. No tickets received no refund given. I do not recommend using this company for any tickets.

I bought tickets off Venue Kings for the first time last week and wouldn't think twice about buying more. Their website was quick and easy to use and the tickets showed up in my account less than an hour after buying them. Of course, the Drake show was amazing! I highly recommend Venue Kings to anybody looking for any tickets.

I been using Venue kings for the last year and my freinds and I are very impressed with the prices and the tickets we get. We currently buy all our tickets for Vancouver Canucks, Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and local Rogers arena concert tickets thru Venue Kings. Highly recommened!

The Venue Kings staff are always so reliable and quick to help with any problems. They try to get any mistakes or problems fixed as efficiently as they can. I wouldn't think twice about buying tickets from them at my next event.Their website is easy to use and easy to figure out as well. And if there's something you can't understand, a quick call to the staff will easily solve any concerns.

Small company but can definitely compete with the big names like Stubhub. They offer great customer service so you don't have to wait forever to get a hold of someone and they charge in Canadian dollars for Canadian events!

Just bought some concert tickets for a show in 10 days. Web site is easy to navigate. The service charges are STEEP and the processing cost (to have them emailed) is just pure greed in my opinion. We will see if the tickets are indeed legit. I will post back once I know.

I always get my tickets from Venue Kings and it's always a smooth and easy process. They have fantastic access to all venues. I highly recommend using Venue Kings if you are ever looking for tickets!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY THIRD PARTY TICKETS! My husband and I bought 4 NFL colts/bears game oct 9,2016 tickets via Seatgeek from Scorebig which originated from ticketmaster. We purchased them in May and it is now October. We had already paid for the tickets in May and received the tickets from the seatgeek app and printed them out weeks ago. A week ago we received calls and emails from Venue Kings who informed us that Scorebig went out of business and that our tickets were still valid and will be fine at the gate. We arrived in Indianapolis only to receive a call from Venue kings on Friday night less than 2 days before the game on Sunday saying that they had mistakenly told us our tickets were fine and that they could not process our tickets until we go to the bank and extract our payment to Scorebig and have it deposited into their account. We had no idea why they had waited so long with such short notice to tell us this. First we thought they were trying to scam us. My husbands mom paid for tickets and so she called her bank Saturday morning (not convenient timing on Venue kings part!) and they said it had exceeded the 60 days and would not be able to charge back the money) so we called Venue kings and found out right after our call Friday night they sold our tickets already and there was nothing they could do. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. This whole situation was unbelievable. So now we're out $500 with no tickets. Scorebig shut down took the money and ran. Venue kings never got paid by Scorebig and demanded a second payment from us for the tickets. What scammers!! Have no regard for their customers. They should have honored our tickets no problem. Just money hungry scammers. I hope they go out of business. We are so incredibly angry.

I recently was visiting friends in Edmonton and we went to an Oilers Flyers game and had so much fun. We all bought our tickets separately and we received a call from Venue Kings asking if we were together and wanted our seats together. We got our seats together and they ended up having a double sale so we ended up with even better seats than we paid for! It was a great night catching up with old friends in a great atmosphere. Unfortunately the Oilers lost, but we still had a great time! I will definitely use Venue Kings in the future and recommend them to friends.
