A hidden gem in our own backyard. A terrific, secluded and family/pet friendly place to hike. Watch for falling trees and branches, though!

A great hike but not so much for picnic inside very dence brush . The huge spruce are amazing but a cool place for a great nature hike lots of mushrooms and flowers .

Kudos to Mr. Lathrop and his family and the NCC. i saw some amazing species and large tulip trees, sassafras, Eastern flowering dogwood and sweet birch. Awesome.

Nice place to hike and really accessible. Was hoping for a viewpoint to look northward - down the escarpment. Didn't see one though.
