Don't go much but went for the sales and for Christmas shopping the ladies there were all wonderful I went to three different stores and I had amazing remarks all very much happy to help me happy holidays to you all

I purchased almost $450 items 2 weeks ago. 2 of them were not in good condition and wanted to return it. Stacy who was manager from far away asking where are the boxes. I explained and told her it wasn't in boxes. She didn't even seen the plates properly and saying it's used. I told her there were few items I didn't liked but we used them and don't wanted ro return but these 2 items were not used. She keep repeating I can't take it and someone need to be hard on you. She made rude behavior with us with no smile or proper greeting. I'm disappointed if the manager is that rude and not helpful how the stuff will be.

Great area to go and get all your shopping done for kitchen and bath! Very clean store and staff are friendly! They have great deals sometimes for everyday things. Don’t forget they also have a huge selection of organization for kitchen & office! If your just bought a new place or need new essentials at a good price this is the place to start.

Horrible return policy says unused but how else are we supposed to know if something is working without using it. Attempted to return a beverage dispenser. Second time that it had come out broken. My family only put water in it and wrote something in marker on the sign which can be easily washed off. Our relative noticed a huge crack in it and so I went to return it and the manger refused insinuating that since it had been a while we likely used it and cracked it ourselves. We had only opened it the day prior. Essentially just dismissed me at first taking the return then refusing. Never buying stuff from here again.

Had an excellent experience at this store today. I called ahead for a couple of clearance items. I spoke with Rosanne on the phone. She stated can you let me look into that and call back in 30 minutes. So I did & 30 minutes later when I called back Rosanne had put the items at the front desk with my name on it.I went to the store and met not only Rosanne who greeted me at the door, and then when I said who I was then gave a quick meet & greet. Then I cashed out with S.O. Who was very friendly as well. Then on my way out Rosanne made sure to say have a great day & used my name ( which she had remembered from the first call.Well done ! Great team ! A++++

Prices were better than I was expecting, but there were several items that I thought would for sure be carried here that were not.Staff were friendly and very helpful

I was at the store today to return two woven Baskets. item number 95209. I bought a few months ago for my mom. Unfortunately my mom was in Vancouver and when she came back she did not like the color. I went to the store today to exchange it or buy something else with the receipt and original tag on them. The cashier says this item is no longer in stock and she called a manager named Patricia. The manager says she can not exchange or give me store credit because the system wouldn't allow her then she called another manager named Nina. Now they're both standing there laughing and saying this is our policy even though they didn't know. I spend hundreds of dollars on stuff from this store every few months and I'm very disappointed the way that this was handled. I have everything on video,especially how rude they were to me. Unfortunately it's only half of the video. Before I could finish my shopping the manager asked me to leave the store saying I was upsetting other customers, when there were none. I'm still in shock.If you are buying items from Kitchen Stuff Plus make sure you know all the policies because they do not know it themselves and the managers have no clue what they're doing. Patricia was just laughing as if this was some kind of joke. Wow this is shocking I will never shop at Kitchen Stuff Plus again. I will definitely show this video to all my friends and family and put it on my Facebook to let everybody know about the policy and how they treat their customers.

Very Very Bad Return Policy. Not willing to take back un-used item. Item was bought and returned same day, in the same packaging. Please avoid doing business with them. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Really bad customer service I bought a thermos. I just wanted to return it because didn’t keep the water hot .very poor customer service and the managers is to route. That’s why I didn’t give them five star.

I feel like I was scammed. I went here to purchase some items for my home. I found everything I needed and the service was great. Upon check out, they gave me a mask. They said it was free. So, I was delighted and I said thank youWhen I got home, I checked my receipt and saw that they charged me six dollars for it. I had already opened the packaging and have used it. I’m so disappointed that they snuck in this charge.I’m not sure how I can get my refund since the mask has already been used….and it is a bit of a hassle to go back to the store.So my lesson to everyone. Be careful and double check your receipts when shopping at this place.
