Great service quality, very good prices for all inclusive deals with reduction coupons that are always appreciated. Booking online is very straightforward and simple. We went in person. Laurence the agent answered all our questions. Although we didn't have that many to ask because she had already covered all the necessary information we needed .. very friendly and helpful. We also got a 25$ gift on the spot to use towards our payment.

HORRIBLE service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had.After a FOUR HOUR wait on the phone and being promised a call the next day regarding our reservation, NO NEWS! Three hour wait the day after. The lady we spoke to was USELESS and couldn't resolve our issue.Thanks for nothing. You used to be good back in the day.
