Very thorough, caring and is helping me have a better quality of life. Because he is on top of things, he caught my liver issues right away

My husband had an infusion in that money making place.There was this young woman very rude, he was never given instructions of any kind. My husband had to guess when he was finished. total disrespect towards people.Dr. Rafat same.

I have been referred to Dr. Faraawi a few times over the past several years, and each time I am treated with professional kindness. I find that Dr. Faraawi takes time with me to discuss symptoms/treatments and I never feel rushed when it is my turn with him. His staff is also excellent, organized and helpful. They do a great job of being the medical professionals they are.

Dr. Faraawi is the BEST. His knee injections are done so flawlessly and slow so the pain is barely there. He takes time to ask questions and sends out for X-rays, MRI's, other specialist or doctor reports and really lets you know whats going on. He is my favourite Doctor.

Dr Faraawi was more concerned that I was an unwed mother than treating my arthritis! After being on the same medication for over a year and it still wasn't helping (after much debate with him) I went to my family Dr. Told him I wanted a second opinion. Now I have a much better Dr and would not go back to this Dr"!"

He was my dr. for years. I had fever, stomach pain and my knee was swelling and painfull.He couldn't diagnossed I Change my doc. and finally I learned my disease Famillier Mediterian Fever"Please don't miss time with this doctor !...."

I can't figure out what all the bad reviews on here are about for Dr. Rafat? I looked him up first before I visited him for the first time today for Cortisone Injections and was really nervous from the reviews I read on here. He was VERY NICE and not dismissive or rude at all and explained about the injections before administering them in my shoulder. I will for sure go back to him. The only complaint I had is that he was running about a half hour behind but he has a VERY good bedside manner.

Dr. Faraawi helped relieve my pain on the first visit. He took time to review the reports he had been sent, decided that there were more tests that should be done to pin point my issues and most importantly asked me about how I felt...in other words he didn't treat me like a texbook case. Very grateful for his help and professionalism.

Okay, if I was writing a review when I started seeing Dr. Faraawi 9 years ago, I would have been with the 1 star reviews.Dr. Faraawi is there for your best interests, but he doesn't always come across that way. When I first started coming to him, I thought he was a bit of an ***hole. As the years have gone by and I have talked with him more and more, I have changed my mind. Dr. Faraawi can be abrupt but otherwise he understands when someone is in pain and needs the help. Trust me, there are days where I disagree with him, but we work it out as best we can.I hope that he is around for a while longer as I have been told by my family doctor that he is one of the better Rheumatologists in Waterloo Region.

I was referred to Dr Faraawi for my wrist. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and offer help.He was very quick and professional and his office is gorgeous! The receptionists are also very lovely and very welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.
