Okay the job of a zipper replacement $45. Walked in on a Friday. Said she would replace zipper with a metal one. Instead we got a plastic one as shown in pictures.It took a week to get a 3 business day job back.Suggestion. Mop the place the floors are dirty.Maybe clean up feathers all over jacket after doing the job.I say try another place. Just seemed like they could clean the place up a little make it look more inviting apart from dusty floors. Dirty step for standing for hems. I dont know. You will see when u walk in if you want to have service there.

I have had great experience at this tailor shop. The store looks beautiful and the owner was really fun to talk to. I needed to have my pants altered asap and she was able to help me do it quickly. Highly recommend this place!

I bought a dress the day before I needed it in a size too large. I walked in here not knowing if there was any chance it could be altered on time. The lady who greated me told me she could have it done in a couple hours. I was blown away! When I came back to pick it up it was done perfectly and for a decent price. I'll be back for sure. This shop was a life saver for me!

she is very nice! She is done my clothes perfectly and the price is good! Dry cleaning is on time! When I need rush job, she made it on time and didn't charge extra $! I recommend this place!

Have given this place multiple chances but time after time they never finish the job by the date they said it would be finished. Not to mention the sloppy work they did just to get it done and over with. Who uses blue denim for a repair on black jeans? Don’t waste your time or money here.

This lady did a messy job altering my girlfriends dress for a wedding. Used fabrics that were not even close in colour and had stray threads that were visible on the outside. She did so poorly that my girlfriend had to wear an entirely different dress. I had dress pants that had to be altered and the lady only hemmed ONE of my pant legs. Do not even consider bringing your clothing here.

She is the best. I called her Thursday morning in panic bc my even was Sunday morning. I came to her on Thursday that my dress cannot zip up... she opened the side but still didn’t fit.. then came in Saturday night! Normally doesn’t open saturdays just to help my zip get readjusted and fixed so that my dress would close/ zip up..and she was busy! This is what you call exception customer service. She has just gained my entire family for a lifetime! I’m very big on help people but she went beyond my exception! I will not go anywhere else but her! And this was my first time meeting her!

By these reveiws, you can clearly tell they've been doing the same thing for over seven years. I am a disatisfied costumer warning you due to countless of times I have been lied to regarding the payments I have put towards after receiving clothes that aren't fixed. Do not go here, they will rarely finish it on time.
