Beautiful store front however when asked if they carry organic grass fed meats, no one could give me a straight answer… is it or isn’t it? Disappointing as I would have loved to shop local.

We placed a meat order last week and got quoted 200$ (taxes included), we substituted the pork chops for butterfly chops and were told it COULD change our price, which we were fine with. Went to pick it up today to find out it was 44$ more than I was expecting. We thought the pork chops must've been really expensive as a substitution. Upon review of our receipt, it shows that the substitution was only an additional 5$, and the price of the meat package itself was misquoted by 39$ because their prices went up in early December 2022. If you're going to get a meat order from them, don't do it over the phone & do it in person and make sure they explain everything properly to you. We will not be getting another meat order from them in the future. This is the first and last time we'll be going here for anything.

This place never disappoints! I've just recently moved here and discovered them and don't buy my fresh meat anywhere else but here. Have bought their individual frozen dinners for my elderly mom and easy and just perfect size for her. Friendly staff and never a wait to be served.

My first time in over the weekend and I was very impressed! Amazing selection and such kind and helpful staff! Tried the Montreal marinade ribeye and chile/lime salmon. Both were just fantastic! Stuffed mushrooms were an awesome side as well! Will be back for sure, excellent service! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and products. Clearly the staff are passionate about their products and very proud of the fact they cure and smoke the meats on site. I also enjoyed that we could purchase exactly what we wanted in the amounts we wanted, and no plastic waste. Good old butchers paper packaging! We will be regulars for sure. Great job Matt and crew.

First off, I absolutely love the chicken jerky. I came in yesterday, and there was no chicken jerk, so my hubby got a bunch of beef jerky. I was disgusted by the girl who served us. She grabbed all the items we asked for with her bare hands. The other guy used a piece of parchment paper to grab stuff for his customer. The young lady then took us to the cash and was using the till and ATM. After us, she went to serve another customer. Not once did I see her wash her hands, put on gloves, or use the paper the other male worker was using.

Went in for the first time ever this weekend and will for sure be back! I was greeted immediately upon entering by Joseph. I explained to him that I was new to their store and unsure about what I wanted to order. Joseph was so patient with all of my questions and very friendly, while at the same time, speedy and efficient. Will absolutely be a regular customer now!

A very nice local butcher who always provided excellent meats and other products. Cheerful and helpful staff. Prices are competitive.

We always have an excellent experience here! The selection and quality are superb. I love that Brothers has great sides as well. Some of our favourites are the stuffed mushrooms, wrapped bocconcini balls, and twice baked potatoes. Makes it a great place to pop in and get everything you need for a meal. The staff are friendly and helpful, and are always happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations. I was also excited to see that Brothers has an excellent selection of hard to find cheeses!
