I had a fantastic experience with 360 Eyecare - Metro.The doctor was very kind, patient, and thorough. I just went there for a routine exam, but she took the time to ensure I had no issues with my sight.Regarding the rest of the staff - they were incredibly kind and efficient. They patiently listened to what I wanted/needed and provided excellent service.Zohra went above and beyond to ensure I got my new contacts on time. You don't get to see this level of professionalism and sincerity in this day and age.Super impressed!

Dr.Gavin was amazing at explaining and assessing my eyes. I have never gotten such accurate report before. Thanks to him, my prescription is more accurate to my needs. Zohra was really helpful at answering my questions. It’s an excellent team

Front of house staff were professional and lovely, but the optometrist (Dr. Bastiampillai) was rude and his attitude made me feel uncomfortable - maybe he was having a bad day but I won't be going back. I tried for a month to get used to my new glasses but the new prescription just didn't work for me and I had to go back to my old pair. I'm surprised to see so many positive reviews because I was really not happy with the optometrist I saw or my glasses.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Eye care can be daunting for some people - but the staff at Metro Eye Care anticipated my needs and provided a great timely service. The shop is bright and clean and also has a wonderful selection of products.

Overall a great experience from getting my eyes tested, glasses fitted and ordered. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. Especially later on when I needed some lens replaced they were very accommodating.

DO NOT recommend ordering contact lenses through this store. They were insistent I order lenses through their store and assured a 5-day delivery turnaround. It's been three weeks since, I got no update from the store on the delayed delivery. And they are still unsure when they will receive the order and how much further it will be delayed. I advise them to not place orders on behalf of customers if they are unable to trace the order or provide a reliable delivery estimate. Lenses are critical for me and not something I can wait on for a month with no update.I ordered the same lenses online and received them within 4 days with no supplier delays.

My husband and I both worked with Zohra to get as much value out of our work coverage as possible. She made the process incredibly easy and went above and beyond to communicate all the details with us. They also had a great selection of designer frames. It was hard to decide, but the ones I ended up with are beautiful and classic. Highly recommend Metro Eye Care.
