Gascon Services Septique

We have a septic and a grey water waste. We asked Gascon to empty the septic, they emptied the grey water by accident, charged us for it anyways. When we called to have this corrected (because the septic was still full) they told us there is no way they emptied the wrong one. They were very rude and ignorant over the phone about it. We had our septic installer verify that Gascon emptied the wrong tank, which he did. When we called them back to come and empty the proper tank, they did. And charged again, for their mistake. In my opinion you should not use these guys, terrible customer service and they do not accept responsibility for their mistakes

Have used this company exclusive for over a decade. No problems. This year was told would give a 24 hour notice before they came. Fine. They did call so. Fine. No one came. Called end of day( office now shut) and asked to be called right away 7 am next day to say why they didn't come. Didn't get a call. Half a day.. I called. Was told very rudely that I had somehow told some ' girl' that I wasn't ready. I said perhaps that's another customer as I have been ready for three days now. Rudely told madam I was wrong. .. well..that's special! No thanks! Had another company come right away and they got the job done. Now I know why your reputation is in the toilet!!! Guess what.. today I just got a call saying they're coming in a few days.. bwahaha! Avoid .

Provided great service for me and the driver gave me some good advice and friendly service. Calling in to get the appointment was easy and they came the day they said they would come. I will go with them again in the future.

Had a bad experience with a septic tank emptying. Their driver damaged the house gutter. Took pictures and they replaced it about two weeks after. Other than that, the service was good.

I used them several times this past year. Very poor service, extremely rude staff. They consistently overcharged me an I only noticed by comparing receipts with the inspection of my well (they were overcharging me by 300L per visit). Plus, this last time they pumped" but clearly did not entirely empty the tank

Very dishonest company.Charged me for emptying my 1000 L septic tanks, but I discovered two years later they only emptied one of two tanks (they only pumped out 500 L, but charged me for 1000L).I only found out when I hired Lavasseur to pump me out (he told me I had two tanks, not just one).They definitely knew there were two tanks, and didn't say a thing.

The way to my septic tank is close to steps going to my house. I had placed many sleepers (2 x8) to protect the steps and ground near by from abrasion.The employee literally ran with the flexible hose towards the septic tank and never considered going over the sleepers. I stopped the hose because the heavy flange at the end was going to hit and damage the steps. I told him that if he wasn't going to pay attention and not damage my property, he should leave.That's what he did. He ran back towards the truck with the hose and I had to stop him because the flange was going to hit the steps. When leaving, he drove his truck purposely very close to the edge of the driveway entrance (culvert) where there are stones used as erosion control. The wheels left a deep track. The employee was very impolite and rude. I called the office and they didn't seem to care the least little bit.Definitely not recommended.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I contacted them requiring a specific service and was told that they will call me later, which suppose to be before 12. Nobody ever got back to me.

Gascon is a Fantastic service. They fit me in to their busy schedule at the last minute. They were very very courteous on the phone and when they pumped my septic tank they gave me advice regarding how my water softener was causing my filter to clog up prematurely. I also got a discount for scheduling the pumping in April. Top notch.

We have used Gascon for over 20 years for emptying our septic tank. We have always been pleased with their customer service and technical work (which is why I am giving two legacy stars). This year, when we made the appointment they took our credit card number at that point in time (1 week ahead of the scheduled service). The day before the service I called to ask if they could give an indication of whether the service would be done in the morning or afternoon (because, like most people, we prefer to not take a whole day off work for something like this). The young woman was very curt (I'm being polite), and said there was no way she could give me a rough idea. She proceeded to tell me that the morning calls were all in a certain location (which did not include our area), so I suggested that perhaps this meant they would be in our area in the afternoon. She cut me off, and said no she could not make that determination. Perhaps Gascon has too much business. No problem, there are other options!
