Scammers! We were served by a lady named Lise and she was friendly. We bought a console table, a coffee table from the same collection and a cart. Each item was 200$. We left a deposit and were told that we would get our products within 2 weeks. Over 4 weeks later, we got a call saying that they received the coffee table and the cart but the console table was backordered and that we can pick our other 2 items for now. I asked Lise when we would get the console table because we don’t want the coffee table if we can’t get the console table. She said she would call me back with the info. Over 10 days passed and we didn’t get a callback so we decided to show up at the store. Lise was there. We asked her about the console table and she said she didn’t have any news and they we should pay for the 2 products that are there and she would try to inquire about the console table on Monday. We offered to pay $350 for the 2 items she had(so $50 less on the coffee table) so that she puts an effort in getteing the matching console table as promised and then she would get the $250 for the console table. She refused and got verbally aggressive. She gave racist comments. We asked for our money back and she asked us to leave otherwise she would call the cops. We stood there and encouraged her to do so. She didn’t call the cops. Then she pulled out the fine prints about restocking fees. We stood our ground and asked for our deposit because it was their fault. Finally she gave us our deposit back and we left. Really bad customer service. And it is sad to see people give racist comments in this day and age!

I bought a sofa bed (IF900) on June 3rd/2018 in a shop located at 7592, St Hubert Montreal Qc. Delivery date would be fixed during the week. According with it, I got a call from your delivery department on last Friday morning to set delivery time at 11:30 am. My wife, she left her work place to go home and be there at that time to receive the sofa, but it was 12:30 pm and delivery didn't show up. Because of that, she decided give a call to the company (Muebles Loren) to ask what's going on with delivery and the call was picked by a woman to whom my complain goes directly. This woman instead of give a properly custom service, she was rude and disrespectful, yelling to my wife who was just asking why delivery was delayed. This woman didn't care to give a quality service ending the call saying I have no time to you and your delivery...'' and hung up."

I went to purchase a sofa and a matress from this place. Upon arrival, my sofa was extremely torn. I immediately called this place to report the situation. I was told i would be getting new ones. I called a few weeks later and they asked me to send pictures of my sofa. Which i did. I called a week later and the manager , Lise, told me i would be gett ik ng a call when she gets the new pieces. I called her again( 3 weeks later) and obviously this time i was less patient as it had been 3 months this issues had been going on, and ahe told me to bring her my torn pieces as she would aend them to repair, and meanwhile i would have a sofa without cussions( for God knows how long). When i expressed my disappointment and asked for a solution, the manager was very racist, saying this is the main problem with immigrants like myself who dont understand the politics of Quebec. I have been in Quebec since 20 years now. There is no link between my ethnicity and the sofa. She was very rude and extremely uncooperative. I tried calling another branch but was told nothing can be done. When i called again to talk to a manager, Lise was rude again and cut me off and threatened me saying she was going to deposit a complaint agaisnt me for being rude with her, which i wasnt given her advanced age.Very bad customer service, very dissapointed, had to take this matter to the court, been over going through this hell for a sofa. Pathetic. Wouldnt recommand

I think this place changed owners and now the service is terrible plus on top you DO NOT get what you buy. I bought a sofa at the store and after i left i got a call, that that sofa was no available that they had another similar one" after i receive my new sofa was such a huge disappointment. This sofa was waaay cheaper than the one I thought i was going to get. Completely felt scammed. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AVOID IT!"

Best furniture store l in town got me a good couch. The ladies that work here have alot of suppliers and can give you a good deal.

Great in-store experience but mediocre (at best) after-service experience. Delivery was not scheduled as originally promised and only after repeated phone calls did they come through the same day (though at 11pm). Parts were missing from the bed frame that were ordered. Called to let them know and they drove to me to bring the missing pieces, but brought the wrong part. Was then later told that they didn't have any in stock and would have to order them, taking another 4+ days. Again, after pushing, they were able to find some and delivered them directly to me. I'd also ordered a ZenPur mattress which is supposed to come with 2 pillows. The pillows were not in stock (only told of this after the order had been completed). It's been a month and no news. I called today and was told it would be yet another month, but gave no other explanation as to why. Person who I spoke to was unapologetic and unwilling to find another solution or compensate for not keeping their promise.In the end, if you're willing to put in the work and accept delays, it's a fine company to purchase from. Don't wait for them to call you back, do it yourself. While their furniture is good (and decently priced), their communication is seriously lacking.

We have order several times from Meubles Loren in St Hubert and we were never disappointed with the service. The service is excellent.

I have been working with Lisa at Meubles Loren for several months as I furnish an empty apartment. She is very knowledgeable and organized, and goes out of her way to connect me to the things I need for reasonable prices.I’m satisfied with the quality of everything I have purchased. It’s like having your own liaison to the manufacturer! I highly recommend this store.

Prices are affordable. The lady owner at the store is very nice. She explains very well and helps to choose the good products. She gave discount as well. Sectional was slightly damaged and she managed to change that. The delivery guys were very nice & helpful. I will visit the store again. Thank you.

Lise was a true professional and very knowledgeable about her products. She found me an excellent product for my budget. Even the boys who delivered everything were very friendly and respectfull. Everything went as planned and I am enjoying the product even more than I thought I would. A wonderful person to do business with and an excellent company to deal with. 5 stars doesn't even begin to tell the story!
