I recently did a 3 month challenge with Nathaniel (the prototype). Nathaniel is a very high energy, positive and very passionate trainer.From how he delivers his content to his meaningful/ strategic tips & guidance on how to get better results - he is phenomenal.The one quality I found to be the most unique is Nathaniel's humility. Approaching a trainer (with near perfect bodies) is often intimidating and you feel looked down on by them but Nathaniel is not like that at all. He is very humble, genuine and quite easy to speak with. In future if I were to do further personal training I would only go with Nathaniel!

Nate is one of the best out there! What sets himself from the rest is that he doesn't treat you like a client. He makes you feel like a close friend, but don't let that fool you he will push you hard to reach you're goals and to reach the potential he sees in you.

I worked with Nathaniel for a few months this summer and it was fantastic!! He worked with me ensure my form was what it needed to be, worked with my limitations from old injuries and worked hard to find movements that I could do to strengthen said injuries.I was able to massively increase my knowledge of weight lifting, why breathing in and out was important and the importance of being consistent. And on top of the physical things that were built, I grew as a human by his lifestyle coaching. I learned about myself, my why’s, what things were holding me back and how to push through and move forward.When I can, I will for sure be working along side him again.
