Helping Hands Daycare Brooklin

My daughter recently started her daycare at Helping Hands and they totally deserve the 5 star rating. The staff and the supervisor (Brenda) are all very warm and they made sure they gave all the care to my daughter while she was still adjusting to the daycare environment. They always make sure that all the babies are properly covered before taking them out in the playground, and while my daughter was still adjusting & clingy, the staff were comforting her very well - either by picking her up, giving her stuff toys, keeping her in their lap etc.They also keep uploading pictures of my daughter on the app regularly along with updates on her meals, diaper changes, activities she is doing etc. Gives me so much peace of mind looking at my daughters happy face in the pictures.When you send your babies to daycare, everyone wants their kids to be dealt with utmost care and I am so relieved that my daughter is a part of this daycare.They totally deserve the 5 star rating and thanks so much everyone for looking after my daughter so well. You all are amazing !

I can’t say enough good things about Helping Hands Brooklin to do them justice. They have been amazing from day 1. The best decision we ever made was enrolling our child here. All of the staff and supervisors are so kind, helpful, patient and lovely to deal with. Our experience has been wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with them! I recommend them to all of our friends and I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at helping hands Brooklin are very supportive of children and parents. My little one had trouble adjusting to day care and staff were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about how to best support her in her transition. Highly recommend this daycare!

Please save yourself the hassle And do not send your child here if they have autism! When it's time to write your child's individual plan It's not up to ministry standards or guidelines! Worst experience ever for my son ! Always getting phones calls to pick up before nap! Or sorry he can't come in today ! Worst first experience sending my son to Daycare!

We absolutely love HH Brooklin. The teachers are wonderful, caring, and thoughtful and the centre is run very well. My son has bonded so well with all of his teachers; he runs and gives them hugs and drop off is a breeze. At first I didn't love that it was in a medical building but that really doesn't matter at all. They have a backdoor you can enter through the playground and pickup/drop off is so easy and quick. I highly recommend this place.

We have been with Helping Hands Brooklin since my son was 18 months old, he is now 4. We have loved our experience at HHDC. Brenda the supervisor has always been kind and responsive to all my emails and concerns. She is great with keeping the parents informed with whats going on. The staff always friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond. My son has loved going there and has made some real strong connections with the staff and children. I truly believe my son has grown so much more because he was here. I have no worries about him entering JK this September. Thank you to all the ECES for all that you do. You are wonderful teachers. I know someone who will very much miss going here.

5 stars isn't enough for Helping Hands. Our son has been going here for 1.5 Years now. He absolutely loves it! We love it! The staff is so wonderful, so welcoming, caring and attentive. Brenda the supervisor is a wonderful lady, and so easy to communicate with.We were told about Helping hands from a friend, who had both her boys attend. I'm so happy we decided to choose this center. I would 100% recommend Helping Hands to those looking for child care In Brooklin

My experience with helping hands has been a positive one. My child is always delighted to see his teachers. This is his first daycare experience and they helped him adjust in a very positive way. The teachers are loving and caring and work on his development. There is not one thing negative I have experienced. Himama app keeps us engaged with the director and teachers and they are attentive and responsive to the parents. I recommend this daycare to anyone looking.
