Best Dentist office I’ve ever been to!I used to be a nightmare patient who hated the dentist and always had bad experiences.This dentist office was able to help me through my fear and they are the only dentist office I fully trust.All of the staff are genuinely great people who actually care!!

The staff are all incredibly friendly and make going to the dentist as easy as possible. Dr. Nowak has a great chair side manner and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done, what she is doing and how things are progressing. Highly recommended.

As a person who doesn't like going to the dentist, this clinic does a great job at making you feel very welcome, comfortable and they make the effort to listen and address your concerns. The staff are super friendly and approachable. The hygienists here are fantastic and do a great job. They are knowledgeable and work in a timely manner.

Oversell they do a good job but they do not listen that much to patients. After a root canal , Dr told me that I should do a crown which was so expensive for me, I couldn't afford it. Asked them to put a permanent filling and to see afterwards what to do. They said no, I have to put a crown on that tooth. I ate, did anything and nothing happened to my tooth, the problem is that I lost the temporary filling and the cavity, two years later came back, I almost lost it. Fortunately, found a dentist who did not impose on me the crown and saved what remains from that tooth. Very disappointed that I had to stay 2 years without any filling on my tooth because of a crown I could not afford. They made my case, worse. Very disappointed !

1. Reception charged me twice with the same service. When I found out I gave her a call and she said she will write a cheque back to me but when I asked for the cheque they said they will give me credit to use for next time.2. Doctor suggested me to get a night guard. So as usual I asked reception to get an estimate from my insurance company. The estimate 9th dental submit shows 149 and my benefit will cover 100%. But when I got the bill it shows $797 and I have to pay $212 out of my pocket.3. Reception charged one of my old credit card(which I canceled already) without even checking with me.Very disappointed.

I haven't been to a dentist since 2016, and had a terrible experience back then and have been terrified since! The hygienist Chris was absolutely amazing and made sure to check with me to ensure I was still okay and he took his time to make sure everything was going at pace okay with me. I had booked expecting to have to use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and I didn't have to use any throughout my entire appointment!My dentist (I forgot his name, I'm so sorry) was also amazing and let me know we are going to focus on preventative to ensure that I don't have to come to the dentist more than I have to due to my anxiety surrounding dentist and dental work.I've never been more impressed with the compassion shown and everyone there is absolutely amazing and completely understanding. If you are scared to go to the dentist or haven't been in a while I 100% recommend here! I will never go to another dental office other than 9th Avenue Dental again. I'm so happy to have found dentists that care and aren't about drive through dental""

The team at Dr. Nowak's office is wonderful. I've been coming here for over 20 years, and I've never had a bad experience. Many of the staff have been there long-term, which I think speaks to the strong team and the positive environment they create. All the procedures are explained in a straightforward, understandable way, and they never push unnecessary treatments. Highly recommended!

I have visited Dr. Nowak over 7 years and have always loved the results, by far the best dentist I have ever met. She has always explained all treatment in detail and given me great advice on how to care for them. I always look forward to my appointments, great assistants and very friendly reception, always smiling! Absolutely awesome team, I honestly cannot find a single bad thing to say as my experience has always been positive, highly recommended!!
