Very rude, not helpfull, poor people skills....but tried to convice me to switch banks and use hers....why ever would I do that poor banking hours rush across the city to get card that she refused to return after saying she would.....she obviously doesnt appreciate her customers that keep her employed so why would anyone bank there

Do not get a credit card from this place. They will send your card to collections without notifying your over due balances. Also I called to get help on how to make payments over the internet that wasn’t helpful. Didn’t guide me through the steps on how to make payments online. Please be careful with this bank. They will also charge you more than the amount you’ve asked to have credit on.

They have no idea how to settle estates or have compassion for those who have lost loved ones. Very unprofessional at Taradale branch. Would recommend dealing with any other financial institutions.

Not once in 12+ years of banking with these guys has this branch ever answered the phone for me during business hours. Walking in here is embarrassing, and it doesn't have even a semblance of the customer service I get from literally any other first calgary/ connect first branch I've been to.Edit: Interesting that since posting this I haven't been let go to the general service line, and the branch has picked up each time. Good work on changing that.

It seems after hours you no longer can use the atm inside and the drive-thru now has a guard rail that makes it too far for you to reach from the car window and also prevents you from opening the door to reach.Fun features forced me to walk thru the drive thru and bank outdoors. Not safe.

Came here to apply for my credit card and Marzia Hassanzada has zero experience, while applying for my visa she entered something wrong in the application and hence my visa application got rejected... whereas I asked the other guy to help with my wife’a application as I could see that marzia has no knowledge and her application got approved. I don’t recommend her to anyone...

I have called 17 times today I put through to the contact center I sit on hold for 30 min then get hung up on I have been calling because I can’t access my online banking because of the changes no one is helping me I’m still on hold and have been for 18 min now I have been with you guys sense 2013 and my grandpa Robert Lloyd way before that everyone at the branch knows my family and us by our names I have had nothing but good things to say until now I’m so frustrated I try not to leave my house as I’m pregnant but if I can’t get through I’m going to have to I need my online banking

It was good when I first switched last year. I wanted to switch from a big bank and give first calgary (connect first) a chance and also no fees was a bonus for me. But ever since they switched to connect first the customer service have gone downhill. The staff at this branch is absolutely terrible at customer service and they have no financial knowledge.Their app crashes every single day for me and it’s completely useless. I have already switched to a different bank and will be closing my account soon.
