We spend hundreds of dollars a week I this store it was good for our business, but now except for meat products it's cheaper to shop at Walmart and the membership card does absolutely nothing so unless something changes we will be shopping there less and lessBtw The staff are fantastic

I enjoy the deals here, but the current staff has made a habit of locking their doors before the advertised 7pm closing time. If a business lists a closing time, it should respect those hours as many customers travel to a business assuming the listed items are honoured.

this is a great grocery option for the area. very affordable and bulk options available for larger families or freezing. very reasonable prices and very friendly staff. they do offer specialized tax receipts for business owners but its a perfectly good place for families to shop as well.

The place is nothing to write home about as it is a warehouse, but the staff is amazing, and is the reason we keep going back. We have never had an unfriendly cashier on any of our numerous visits.

Loved the place, but it's more for business owners, or for people who have very big fridge or freezer and buy lot of food.And if you don't wanna pay membership to Costco, this is the place for you, it can be better than Costco in my opinion.Costumer service was very good and lovely people.

The wholesale club is not a fancy store but is excellent. The prices are good and the selection is great. Please come back to Nanaimo so we don’t have to drive all the way to Victoria.

Great place for quick shopping trips that may not require you to do a full grocery shop. Has a lot of items you may not see elsewhere. There are lots of different cases of lot beverages and restaurant supplies as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have been to the whole sale club numerous times. When I was on a strict budget for grocery shopping, their deals saved me. I love shopping here, it's been a pleasant experience everytime.It is possible to do a average grocery shop here, you just need to plan out for two weeks of food rather then 4 or 7 days. Buying their bulk frozen chicken breasts would usually last me 3 weeks. You can also find smaller bags of sugar and what not.

Wholesale Club by name only, prices are just like other grocery stores unless your buying no name brand just like other stores. Better to shop at closer stores with atleast more customer service and tills open.Unless your buying in big bulk items or discounted products due to expire dates there is nothing at wholesale price , just retail like other stores and they have more sale items than here. Prices have just sky rocketed in the last few years. Still find walmart has better prices and deals and services.
