Theresa is awesome at massage! She finds all of your sore spots without being told! She is thorough and keeps me feeling better for days afterwards. After a long drive and ferry ride to the Island, I always make sure I schedule an appointment with her to help with my travel aches and pains. With Theresa, you also get the bonus of her energy work techniques combined with traditional massage, for an overall highly recommended experience!

Theresa is a very special lady with many skill and very intuitive about your body, mind and spirit. She is not only a excellent massage therapist - she has to ability to help one deal with inner emotions and release the pain etc that is holding one back if and when one is ready and open to receive. It does not happen over night but she can teach one how to release those feelings and over time improve ones life and help one move on. She has helped me so many times over the years and I trust her knowledge, experience and her confidentiality.
