Pharmasave Admirals Walk

Normally stellar service was absent this week. Scheduled Tuesday delivery, not surprisingly, was pushed to Wednesday; however Wednesday came and went - no delivery. Inappropriate comments garnished with a tantrum made phone communication both difficult and non-productive. Hopefully was a one off.

I've had great experiences at this pharmacy. Fast, friendly and professional service each time, especially from Chris and Mal. With so many pharmacies out there that make you feel like you are bothering the pharmacist to ask a question it was refreshing to come to this one and experience the opposite.

Couldn't get my Covid booster because they lost my booking. Even called the provincial help line and they could see it, but the pharmacy couldn't. So I don't get a shot, lovely. Thanks for nothing

I have nothing but good things to say about this Pharmasave and my pharmacist Blaine. I had no idea that I was not getting the proper counseling until I started coming to this Pharmasave and dealing with Blaine. He goes above and beyond what the average pharmacist does, and he is so incredibly kind while doing so. I will tell every one and any one willing to listen to go to the admirals pharmasave, not only for the pharmacy, but also the front staff. They are all very friendly and willing to help when needed, and I never feel like I am a nuisance when asking any questions. It truly feels like I am part of a community shopping here and I can not say enough good things about it.

I am a long time customer of Pharmasave Admirals and am blown away by the personal and caring service the staff provides. Blain is excellent along with Farrah, Mel and Kim. i would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and thank the staff for the outstanding service.

I have followed Blaine from Pharmasave to Rexall and back again. I have never met a more knowledgeable pharmacist who is so friendly and eager to help clients (and as I work in a hospital, I have met many pharmacists). The store is clean, well-organized and all other staff members are super helpful. I have been going to this location of Pharmasave for about 10 years now and have never left disappointed. Thank you to everyone who works there for putting your best foot forward each day and for helping others with all of the small (and big) things you do :)

Says it's open till 5pm got here at 10mins before close and the store is locked and dark?? No sign saying it's closed early and watched 3 employees leave the store at 455pm before the store is actually closed. Super inconvenient

Pharmasave has helped me obtain all my walking aids. Then when I needed to use a wheelchair they got me for me. Plus they are still very friendly and still willing to do everything for their public.

In the past I have always had a great experience at this pharmacy but when I went to have medication compounded there for the fourth year in a row I was told by the owner that unless I purchased the medication there they would not compound it for me. Not even “I’m sorry our policy has changed” or anything else. I contacted another Pharmasave and they are happy to do it for me!!

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They generally respond very quickly and have helped me manage my meds.
