A bit difficult to identify that the small store front was a Purolator drop-off point, it was right where the address said it should be and handles a bunch of different courier companies The guy at the counter was great, I would be tempted to go back and say thanks " again. Super fast

You cannot use this location to ship via Purolator using a Purolator account. Why have the name on Google and the window if you can't do this?

Overpriced..however surprisingly enough it arrived a week later. So either the place i went to was way off by 2 weeks or purolator was quick. But parcels arrived safe and nothing broken. Blessing

Not impressed. Showed up at 2:30 on a Wednesday. Sign said it was open. Door was shut with sign saying the owner was out. Called number, told me to wait 40 mins. Drove out from Langley, complete waste of time.

I watched the puralator delivery guy walk up to my house, attach a attempted delivery" slip to my door and then go on his merry way.He didn't even "attempt" to deliver anything.I then had to go out of my way to this location to pick up my parcel. It was a huge inconvenience on their part when all the delivery guy had to do was actually delivery the item.This has happened twice now btw. I ordered my items through best buy. This is enough for me to not want to order anything from best buy again if it means I have to do deal with this."
