CARSTAR Winnipeg Fife

With my car being in the MPI tow in lot I called 20 other collision repair shops and 15 wouldn't even accept my vehicle. The 5 that would said they couldn't even look at it for a month. I contacted Lois at carstar and she said that they could accept my car as a tow in. When they had my SUV Lois would call me with updates on the repairs. Everything went well and I had my SUV back before Christmas. The other shops said they would look at it after Christmas BTW. My SUV was detailed before I picked it up I am so happy with carstar. Hopefully I never need them again but if I ever am in need of collision repair I will definitely be going back to carstar.

Had a little mishap with the hatch of my SUV. The team at Carstar was fantastic, got me in quickly for a review of the damages, ordered the parts and had me in for repairs in less than a week. When dealing with any service provider all I look for is honesty and quality workmanship, well they succeeded in both areas. Fairly priced and quality work. Thank you for a job well done...

- came in for an MPI claim for my car after finding Carstar on Fife listed in MPI's website as part of the trusted accredited repair shops.- Lois was friendly and answered any questions I had.- The repairs were started as soon as possible after the arrival of the parts needed.- During the entire repair process, Lois called and emailed me to keep me in the loop and to have good idea of the timeline for the repairs.I would highly recommend!

It was nice working with Lois and Brent of Carstar! Lois is very polite, approachable, and easy to talk to. She gave me weekly updates which I super appreciate. Brent made me feel assured that all the damages, whether it is visual and internal, will be addressed and covered by MPI, and that's exactly what he did. They went beyond by returning my car in a very clean state, just like when buying a new car. They also delivered ahead of time. We had MPI claim repair here, we had to return the car for rework as the first attempt of fixing the body damage came out pretty bad. Unfortunately quality of work here is subpar, they broke tabs in the trunk, some bolts were thrown to the cup holder, and the worst part is that their DETAILER (I didn't ask for it and they didn't ask if I want that) sprayed the whole interior with some nasty, sticky. shiny product which also damaged the instrument cluster plexi glass, I will send the invoice for new parts and replacement from Mazda's once the parts arrive. Took me 6 hours to get rid of that product from windows, seats and all the plastic trims.

Have been dealing with Carstar for months, great service and communication. Lois was extremely helpful and great to work with. She provided above and beyond customer service.

Vary helpful. Had my car broken into and they made it vary easy for me to get fixed. I also just recently wrote my car off and they also made it less stressful for me to handle

This is the best auto body shop in Winnipeg. They go above and beyond to help their customers. In my own experience I have always been happy with their repairing skills as they say, “where accidents unhappened”. Shoutout to Lois, she is an amazing person, such a beautiful soul lady.
