All I can say is, AMAZING!!! Went into the store with a banged up laptop and I can honestly say it was the smoothest and most wonderful process dealing with everyone at Memory Express Calgary South. Wish I could say it's a good experience like my friends, but it hasn't. I've been there a few times for some help. It's like you don't even exist. You'd figure if you're going to a computer shop to spend thousands on a new computer, people would be more willing to help you. Just because I don't know everything, it doesn't mean you should be treated rudely and be told to watch YouTube videos to learn. No, that's why I came to you guys. This same thing happened a couple of years ago, too, and I thought I'd give it another chance, I just ended up going to Best Buy, looks like I'll be going back there again and buying another pre-built. I want to support a local shop but am not a fan of the customer service.

Best customer experience that I have ever had!! Last week we came in to the store because we have been having problems with our custom PC. As soon as Madison helped us out, our worries went away. I loved that she was so kind and wonderful to my children; they even asked me the next day if they could come back to hang out with her! If I had a business, I would want someone exactly like her. Thank you for taking care of us Madison!! You are awesome! :)

Just had a repair done after Canada Post completely ruined the graphics card in my PC. Very professional and kind staff. Their technicians are reasonably priced and got my PC functioning after one week of waiting. Highly recommended!

Although I did not know about certain computer parts or the best options for compatibility, Rhett was extremely helpful and walked me through each of the best choices for what I wanted, while also keeping my budget in mind. I've always shopped with Memory Express beforehand, periodically upgrading parts with my current computer. However, I am starting the journey of building my own new PC for the first time. I visited this MX, and Sia was wonderful in giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision. She didn't pressure me into buying a processor right away, and took time to guide me in the right direction of buying the hardware parts all at the same time instead of piece by piece. She'd helped me pick out a case to buy for the time being, and gave me some part recommendations to look into until the day comes when I can buy everything at once. I'll definitely be returning. Sia was an all-star! Thanks again.

He explained the return policies and I'm very appreciative of the level of care he took on this transaction. Sometimes I feel in big box stores I am just another customer but not today.
