I had the pleasure of working with Joe O'Marra, the owner of Master Mechanic, for a used car inspection. I was thoroughly impressed by Joe's expertise and helpfulness.Right from the start, Joe's team displayed professionalism in their approach. They promptly scheduled the inspection a few hours after I called, to fit my convenience. Due to a simple scheduling mix-up, I had to wait for five minutes before they were able to jack the car up. Joe quickly resolved the issue and meticulously examined every aspect of the car, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone with limited knowledge like myself. To make up for any inconvenience caused, he generously offered to waive the inspection fee. Despite my insistence on compensating him, he eventually accepted a tip, which ended up going to his crew.I highly recommend Joe and Master Mechanic to anyone in need of automotive services!

I would highly recommend Master Mechanic in Simcoe. We were on our way out for a camping trip and realized that our lights stopped working. We stopped in to Master Mechanic without an appointment and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. They had us back on the road in just over an hour. I am a traveler and needed a new fuel filter and oil change done on our Explorer Sport Trac. Very easy to get in to see these guys, the lady at the desk was helpful.After I left I had some issues with the oil gauge that wasn't there before. I took it in and they found nothing amiss, yet the problem persisted.Joe (the owner) called personally, said he would look after me, and he did. Not only did he replace the oil filter but also the oil pressure switch for me, no charge. Took me under the truck, showed me what he did and said he felt better just changing it all out. If I have any problems from here he said to give him a shout. It's unreal to see this kind of quality service, especially from my first time there.Highly recommend these folks, the reviews about them going above and beyond are true.

*UPDATE* Amazing work. After I left this review, Joe, the new owner, called us in to make sure everything was okay. We just left his shop and he went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he fix our problem, he made sure to check anything else that could have possibly caused this issue and replaced a few extra things just to make sure we were safe. Joe is how all business owners should be and thanks to him we will be back for more service!! Thanks Joe *blushes*Heard good things. Went here and had my engine oil filter and oil changed, but now the check gauges light comes on every now and then. Went back to have them check (because I've never had this happen before and it starts happening right after they worked on the oil), gentleman seemed hesitant to bring the truck back in without paying him. He took it in, said nothing's wrong
