We would not have managed the roof replacement without Stefan’s help. For anyone who lives in a strata I highly recommend they hire the services of an independent roof consultant. He managed to avoid certain owners from making bad decisions for the entire building, and unified our decision making process A proper roof is essential for all buildings. Without out a roof, our investments and homes would perish. Stefan did a pre-inspection, inspected the roof when the roofers opened it, did a post inspection, took lots of photos, and shared detailed reports with our property manager and strata. He was always able to accommodate us in his schedule and available to answer any of our questions. Thanks to him, we have peace of mind that the roofing company did not try to cut corners with us.
