Amazing environment, Great facility, Good equipment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience customer service was kind and friendly along with other gym users. Basketball court is good and seems like there’s usually games running. Overall great place to workout play basketball. Would definitely consider getting a membership!

Join F45 over a year ago for 1 month during Covid. It wasn’t for me with all the Covid precautions, so put my membership on hold. A year later, I had since moved and forgotten about going there and received no further communications. The new manager is hounding people down for their 200$ cancellation fee a year later. No attempt to resolve the dispute and charges my credit card. Disappointed in new management to say the least.

I'm doing the 6 week challenge to get started but will definitely continue afterwards. I love the routine it has put me in. Clean gym, music is amazing and pumps you up as well as the instructors! Highly recommend!Tracey.

F45 Burlington is an amazing studio with even better trainers. In just 45 min, I get a full body workout that leaves me feeling great all day! I look forward to my workouts every morning.

Can't find anything wrong! Coaches are great, energetic and motivating and help you with form. The workouts are always awesome and effective in a short 45 min. The ocation is good as well and plenty of parking.

I absolutely love working out at F45. The workouts are challenging, but so much fun. I've been a member for about 4.5 months now, and can easily say that joining up is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Maggie and the coaches do such a great job of making everyone feel welcome, and will push you to achieve your goals. If you're looking for a place to take your fitness to the next level, F45 Burlington is it!
