They never followed the instructions you put in uber order. I have been to many locations of hero burger, but this is the worst location i have ever seen in terms of customer service and food quality.

I visit the store often but this time , I was amazed by extraordinary service provided by 2 girls .They were super nice and super sweat . Was gaving issue ordering through kiosk and one of them came out to help me out which was so overwhelming .Cheers to amazing service and must visit place.

Used to love these burgers… until yesterday when I got a black, mouldy onion on my burger.If this staff will put a clearly visible mouldy onion on a burger, what else are they doing that you can’t see?This place needs a health inspection.

Had this place once. The food is way too expensive! $20+ for a single burger that was fast food quality! Would not recommend.

Today i went for dine in at this location and my experience was excellent. Girls were so hard working also, i was facing some problems with kiosk one of them helped me and, restro was so clean and tidy. Definitely recommend

i have been here multiple times but the wait time just keeps getting worse! i ordered a veggie burger combo at 9:10pm (on a thursday) from the kiosk in store and didn’t receive my order until 9:45pm. there was only one worker and about 7 people in store waiting for their order and many walking in and out for skip/uber orders. the employee was doing their absolute best - but did not have any help when they obviously needed it. when i got my food it was delicious and made perfectly by the worker, however i will be avoiding this location unless i order on uber eats or skip because i don’t want to wait in store for 35 minutes again. this location needs to either hire or schedule more employees because it was completely unfair to abandon their employee to be swamped at 9:30pm on a thursday.

I am regular customer of HCB.I walked here after a long time , my experience was worst this time. before when ever I ordered food ,their service and quality was so excellent. Now, I ordered in dining and their food was so cold and the employees didn’t respond well.

Amazing service provided by the staff . They recommended the meatless crispy chicken over plant based in vegetarian option . It was super delicious . Highly recommended.

Helpful staff compared to other locations. Placed wrong order on uber for pickup but they changed the order without hesitation.Love their crispy chicken burger and plant based burgers.Cooked to perfection.

I love Hero burgers, but this location in Bronte is weirdly laid out and very dirty!You order through one of two touch screen displays which were filthy and had no option to customize the toppings on your burger, they have a sink in the dining area, the floors were dirty, the tables and seats were sticky and covered with leftover food/crumbs, you get your own pop from the machine…. Filled a cup with Sprite and found black bits of some substance floating in the drink (maybe the lines were not clean) dumped it out in the sink!Washrooms disgusting….. dare not touch anythingMy family didn’t want to eat at this location after walking in….. but we did!really surprised with the dirt at this location especially being on Lakeshore rd in OakvilleCan’t imagine what the kitchen must be likeToo bad…. I like Hero burgers…one in Burlington is gone…. Now this one is off my list!The arrogant reply from the owner says it all….I was having a great Sunday when we visited…My family of 4 wanted to eat in the car, I suggested we eat inside…bad decision.My opinions are honest and to my standard, if you refuse to take accountability then that’s on you!Good luck!Reading your
