Enjoying meeting new people, feeling comfortable and accepted, learning new steps , very pleasant atmosphere and fun way of teaching.

We started taking dance lessons with Bryan at Simply Ballroom in 2007. Since then, ballroom dancing has become our retirement hobby. We like the way Bryan adapts to his students. For beginners he keeps it simple. For intermediate and more advanced students he has the instinctive ability to provide the insights needed to move to the next level. Learning to dance is a continuing journey and Bryan provides an excellent roadmap.

My fiancé and I took the beginner 8 week waltz & tango class; and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to learn to dance. Bryan took the time to explain and demonstrate each step and movement, making it easy for students to follow along. I really appreciated Bryan's sense of humor, and exaggerating the moves to show the class what *not* to do.We will be back to take more classes for sure!

We have just begun to take Cumbia lessons with Bryan Malcolm. He is an excellent communicator and dance instructor, and keeps it fun at all times!

Bryan is a great instructor! We found his dance classes on Groupon and never expected to enjoy them so much! My boyfriend and I had never ballroom danced before but now love it. It’s a great activity to do together.

At the same time he is very patient and is a constant source of positive reinforcement. In short, Bryan is an excellent instructor.

My fiancé and I signed up for wedding lessons for our wedding. From day 1, Bryan made us feel so comfortable when we started our lessons. He was very competent, kind, and skillful in his work. My fiance and I never took lessons before and were both quite nervous to start. Bryan made us feel right at home. We learned a beautiful dance for our first dance. When we were done our lessons, we felt very confident for our big day. We got the best compliments following our dance, the venue even said it was the best dance they had ever seen. I also took lessons for my father-daughter dance with Bryan. Again, Bryan was so clearly experienced and passionate about his work. He takes a very person-centered approach and met us where we were at. Each week we looked forward to seeing him and to be honest it was sad when the lessons were finished. We enjoyed our time so much, that we are considering going back for lessons for fun, and perhaps attending some of his public dance nights to meet other people. What a great way to stay active and socialize with others. We would HIGHLY recommend Simply Ballroom, and specifically Bryan. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
