Love banking with RBC but the employees at this branch are so rude. I always feel like it’s a bother for them to help me whenever I come in. Minimum effort put in to help me with the problems I come in with. I will be going to the other location near by from now on.

Telephone contact impossible. Calling the branch takes you to a virtual assistant and many levels containing irrelevant information. After 15 minutes of non sequitur responses, it was impossible to get hold of a human being at the Tsawwassen branch.

I just attended the RBC in Tsawwassen with a credit card issue and had the pleasure of dealing with a very pleasant lady named Parveen Singh (I think spelling is correct). Parveen was very engaging, competent and made my dealings with RBC enjoyable.

Lazy staff. She told me to go to the Ladner branch where they had my info so she didn't have to fill out some forms for a wire transfer. The laziness is unbelievable.

I have been with RBC for around 35 years. I have spent an hour 3 different times trying to get through to the bank. To no avail. I am in the loop on some voicemail app which no one ever answers. I just talk to computers all the time. I just called the mall superintentend to see if they would be kind enough to walk over to the bank and give them my telephone number and name. That might work. Stay tuned.

Just opened an account in RBC after 2 other banks told me that I have to wait until tomorrow because they're busy(and I was the only customer in the lobby). Ravinder is profession, efficient and friendly. Highly rated!

The man banker that helped me was excellent but he applied for a credit card that I didn't want I have enough credit cards he satisfied my needs with setting me up to my accounts that I do want so that's why he deserves 3 stars
