Rent it Furnished

Thank you so much for your amazing help, Marina!---**ORIGINAL**I originally started working with RentItFurnished because of the high reviews and I feel like it's time to give an honest testimony about working with RentItFurnished.My review comes in two parts:1. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. When you talk to them, they're a great help. It's also my first time renting out a property, so I was glad to have someone to reach out to with questions and worries.2. The bigger issue is that it is VERY difficult to get a hold of the RentItFurnished team once you've signed on with them. When I say difficult, I mean that this has caused issues with the renter and myself since there was a lack of communication and updates. You need to be the one to prompt them 2 or 3 times to get an answer. Even then, it leaves you worried and anxious about what's going on.I wondered if it was a staffing issue because I have had 3 different property managers. The second time the change happened, I was not even notified until I accidentally called the previous manager and had to use the contact us" form on their website to find out who is managing my property now...So

Just changed to Rent It Furnished for renting out my condo. Nicole is professional, kind, helpful and very competent, helping me get my furnished condo rented for the first time in over two years. My previous agency became unable to meet my needs in terms of keeping my condo rented, selecting quality tenants, and providing consistent communication and good service. RIF, and particularly Nicole, have given me confidence that they are the best choice in Montreal to provide excellent, responsive furnished condo rental/management services. I'm so excited and grateful to have my condo rented out again!

I have been trying to get a reply from anyone in this company for like over 2 months, they ghost you overnight for no reason no matter who you reach out to. I have been interested in one of their listings since late december 2022, I never heard back from the leasing agent who I contacted, and I tried a different email address that I found on their website for support, I told him that your leasing agent disappeared and ghosted me without explanation, he ghosted me too!!! And the place I am inetrested in still shows up as available, and I told them I can consider other places if this one is not available, but they keep ignoring potential clients...this is really rude and totally unprofessional and it does not work to your advantage, trust me.

It's been over 20 days and no one responded from the Montreal and Toronto Branches, perhaps their Vancouver 'branch' will respond? Great experience in finding tenants, unreliable for managing a property after the contract is signed.

We had a really good experience renting out our Montreal property with Nicole Prevost. The process was very clear and easy, Nicole is a very knowledgeable agent with fantastic expertise, always willing to walk an extra mile for her clients and go step by step through the process with you. She was extremely helpful with marketing, promotion and we ended up getting a tenant we were looking for. So prompt and efficient! Highly recommend!

Nicole is great to work with. Prompt and responsive always. She worked through finding a good timing arrangement for tenants as I was not able to give away the apt right away. Courteous and respectful with her communication, I had a positive experience working with her and the Rent it Furnished team.

My parents just finished a 3 months rental with Rentitfurnished and the experience was awesome. The apartment was great and not a single issue for the 3 months. The leasing agent (Nicole Prevost) was excellent!!!Very professional, responsive, polite, helpful, and kind.
