My niece was flying in from Vancouver to do my daughters hair for grad. Her flight got delayed twice and then cancelled. I called Madpretty fully expecting them to be 100% booked since it was grad day and only about 3 hours before we needed a hair appointment. The receptionist that answered the phone was so kind and said they had a stylist available. Shima showed up to the hotel and early at that. She was such a sweetheart, great customer service, excellent understanding of what we were asking for, and super talented! She did an excellent job on my daughters hair and truly saved the day for us! I can’t say enough good things, 100% highly recommend!! Thank you SO much Shima!!

I booked MaddPretty for Bridal hair and Makeup, as well as Makeup & Hair for the bridesmaids. Booking was very easy online and I was able to adjust services for the day of the wedding as needed through email.I was so happy how my hair and makeup turned out. I had a trial about a month before my wedding, and the makeup artist was open to feedback and tweaked the makeup until I was happy. Day of the wedding all four of us were pleased with our looks. The two hair and makeup artists looked at our suggestion photos and listened. The makeup stayed all day (despite lots of tears) and looked amazing in the photos.

Hired MaddPretty for Bridal hair and Makeup, as well as Makeup & Hair for the mommas. Booking was easy online and through email.It was a wonderful experience! Leena is so personable and sweet. None of us had this experience before and she made us feel comfortable. All three of us were pleased with our looks. She looked at our suggestion photos and listened. It was convenient for them to come to us, as it was backyard wedding. She just needed a table to set her supplies on. Thank you!

I had my makeup done by Jackie and it was an an absolute incredible experience/time. I greatly appreciated the scheduling accommodation for my hair/make-up as well - I needed mobile service on a holiday for a work dinner event and Jackie made it happen. My overall look was fabulous and I will definitely be booking with Maddpretty again next time I’m in town! Thanks again Jackie! You’re amazing!

Absoutely wonderful experience, I used Maddpretty for my wedding in Bragg Creek. The team was right on time, finished everyone with time to spare. The ladies were great to chat with and gave very helpful advise. We were all happy with our hair and makeup, they even gave us extra lipstick for touch ups. Would highly recommend.

I used Maddpretty for a bridal trial and had Shima. She did an amazing job my eyes looked beautiful and her recommendation on the lashes were spot on. She worked on my hair and it is considerably long and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using her again. Highly recommended!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie recently, and she did such incredible makeup and hair - I was so impressed with the results! She completely transformed my look and made me feel beautiful!
