Walked in needing a couple parts. Micro switch and slow blow fuse. Bill was very knowledgeable and had the right parts on hand for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend going here for parts and service. My microwave is now working and I’m very happy to have gotten the help. Thanks! :)

Called and ordered a part, and they scheduled install for the following week. Bill called and kept me informed, and came when they said they would.however, the installer didn't come prepared to fix the washer, and was going to leave and reschedule. he did come back with the right tools and with the proper tools they fixed our washing machine.

I have bought two major appliances from Wagner. They are very good to work with. Very informative. They delivered my appliances and took away my old ones. I will be buying a dishwasher from them soon and I know I will get the same great service.

I went into the store and was quickly dismissed after asking some for appliances. Bill didn't appreciate it and thought I threatened him with his professionalism, because he had a hard time trying to explain various appliances.

I have personally purchased four preowned appliances from Bill at Wagner's over the last 3 years. The latest, a dryer, had an issue that cropped up within the 30 day warranty. They promptly sent a tech to our home. It needed a part that was ordered and installed within a week and it is now performing well.I would definitely return for our new or used appliance needs.

WARNING: Wagners repair is expensive and they only put in they're own parts so they can jack up the price & charge 2/3x the price on parts. They young tech was unreliable & did not check his own work which he missed 2 screws while putting my dryer back together and the vent pipe that he put in almost caused a dryer fire because he didn't cut it to the proper length.There are better companies that charge per minute & will put in your parts, please call them.

Do not recommend.They didn’t meet initial appointment,then when they did show up they were very arrogant,and acted like I was being unrealistic when asked to it wear boots in my house! I have very expensive floors that I don’t want a peddle in your boots ruining! They do make booties,fyi! Not impressed,would not recommend 100% I’d put zero if I could!your response is a lie! You can’t respect my home,I’m not surprised you have no moral compass and outright lie!

My repair technician was fantastic and when he was missing a supply he needed he didn’t charge for the time to go back to the shop to get it. The price was very very good. I will be repairing all my appliances with them now. No more buying new.

After 9 weeks of Bill being vague, telling me he’d have to look it up & call me back, ‘don’t call me, I’ll call you”, he never once asked my name, my tel # & not once called me back, nor had any update on the status of the part needed to fix my washing machine. In desperation I called another company & my washing machine was fixed in 2 days.
