They are incredibly knowledgeable and offer professional nutritional services. Using their analysis, I was able to adjust my dog's raw diet to ensure that met all standards / toensure a long and healthy life. The store itself is clean and my dogs LOVE visiting and getting their treats!

A little bit of sticker shock but that's to be expected in a store that caters to pet owners. Neat and clean, was acknowledged when I entered. Very knowledgeable about the products, helpful and friendly. If you have fur babies, go. If you're looking for something for someone else who has fur babies, go.

I love giving this small business my money. I drive over an hour to purchase things I could get in many franchised stores near by in Richmond Hill. The service and care at this place is like no other. Jennifer and Victoria are always eager to help you and are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and are happy to suggest alternative resources. Thank you so much ladies.

Very friendly, helpful lady works there. Helped me finds things for my dog who has numerous allergies. They had everything I went there to get and even some things I didn't know existed. Will definitely go back.
