Very pleasant to deal with, prompt, excellent service.We slide off the driveway at the lodge we were staying in and of course ended up stuck in a ditch too deep to drive out of. The lodge is about a 40 min drive from Grand Marais. When we called he was great to work with. Told us how much it would cost for him to come out and get us out. Very reasonable price and he had us out in just a few minutes after he arrived.

I had some engine issues and broke down. Then due to my own fault, I missed them and their calls two different times. Thankfully they still came on the third time and were still professional and friendly and even still they were fast on arrival! Hooking it up and dropping it off both went very quickly and I can’t say enough good things!

When my jeep developed a screeching coming from the rear end out on the Arrowhead Trail, not only did Kevin drop everything, unload a fuel tank from his truck and come up and get me, he called a mechanic to verify that he could look at my jeep that day. Turned out to be just a rock that had gotten up into my rotor, but the guys got me back on the road again quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for anyone.

Through insurance, I had my car picked up today and brought to my local mechanic for service. The associate called ahead of arrival to ensure the location, and they were here in twenty minutes while the insurance app gave me an estimate of over an hour. Upon arrival, he was very friendly & professional.

Kevin is *the* guy you want. Our car broke down in Grand Marais and he gave us a tow+ride back to Minneapolis in a pinch. Quickest 5 hours of my life. Incredibly personable and professional. A number you'll want saved on your phone! AAA-compatible

This place was just awesome. Kevin is so nice and knowledgeable. He is like a God of towing. It was actually a good time going and getting my truck out of the mud in the middle of no where. His prices are very fair. You can tell he cares about helping people. I wish every sevice was like this. We have lost our humanity.He has a great and very experienced diesel and gas mechanic in his shop too.I can' not say enough good things about this place. Thanks again Kevin for all your help. I hope you understand how much I appreciate it.
