Shoppers Drug Mart

This is my neighbourhood Shoppers, so every time I need to fill a prescription, I have to go there. The staff is absolutely terrible, they are rude, inaccurate, inefficient, and have total disregard to peoples' time. The owner Mr. Simonian is a nice guy though, he is knowledgeable and helpful, he gave me some good recommendations and helped resolve errors made by his staff.

Slow and unfriendly.There is an elderly lady who helps people in weekends, she is the most awful salesperson you can imagine. She is super slow. Not helpful at all.

Very rude staff - staff refused to guide on medicine application due to the fact she was busy on phone. We were advised any other pharmacist would be happy to assist us so we can go somewhere else after dispensing the prescription. Surprisingly the staff said that right under the board where it mentions about customer satisfaction commitment. Never ever again visiting this store and would NOT recommend to anyone.

When it comes to customer service and minimal courtesy and etiquette, I had the WORST experience of all times. This lovely lady at the pharmacy, V.S., probably hasn’t learned minimal things, such as sympathy, politeness and being civilized. She raised her tone of voice at me for absolute no reason, was extremely rude and unpleasant and treated me like a second-class person, and I still wonder why. I was polite, I smiled, I acted like a normal human being and she was just so aggressive and insolent, that I promised myself I’m never coming back to this place. When I read the reviews, I was shocked that the majority of them are related to the same person. This speaks volumes about the owners or whoever leads this drugstore. I definitely do not recommend going to this place, and also don’t recommend this woman to deal with the public, because she for sure doesn’t have the ability to do so.

This one’s kinda sad but I was really disappointed to see the lack of variety of energy drinks when I got here. Then after that I had to wait almost five minutes for someone to check out my order because I couldn’t use self checkout because of gift cards…. I group all these stores as loblaw stores. As someone who’s worked at several loblaw’s locations … do better

The cashier is nice but the manager is super rude and unprofessional. I went this shoppers this morning saw this ready to use formula is on sale. I was thinking to get four cases for baby because I am due in one month. The manager said each person can only get two cases but there is no limited purchase sign there, he said shoppers doesn’t need do that, seems like he is the rule, he is the boss. Really bad experience in this shoppers location.

I wish there was zero - this pharmacy doesn’t even worth of 1 star. I’m waiting here for an hour+ to fill a prescription on Sun evening - just two pain killers for my husband with broken ribs and in pain - still not ready and I must wait. Only one person in pharmacy and many customers. Why only one person????

The absolute worst and most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every time I go, the workers are disinterested in helping you. They just brush you off and always tell you that the prescription will take 45 minutes, 1 hour, or even longer to fill (and these are simple creams or puffers - slap a label on it and you are good to go. No counting required).Today’s visit was a phone in refill. Doctor couldn’t get them to answer the phone (I heard it ringing and they just ignore it). The doctor left a voicemail and I had to repeatedly ask them to check their voicemail.I have never been treated with so much disinterest from a retail establishment, and I have had some pretty bad experiences. I’m a patient and calm person, but their customer service can really try one’s mettle.If you have high blood pressure, don’t test it by interacting with these people. Go to another store!!

What a joke. Prescription desk a joke. I have prescription for 2 pills for my son. And they telling me 1 hr waiting. When I was first in line and another 3 people behind me. We have more people waiting for pills. She say. There is 4 people there working.The worst place ever to get any prescription drugs. Which is already poison for ur body.Totally disappointed.Our Goverment add up to this all.Good think there is alternative medicine available. In health stores.

There is a problem with one woman who works in the pharmacy here. I couldn't believe how many negative revues there are about the same person. I have now experienced this as well. This Shopper's is my neighborhood store. I will continue to shop here for shelf items but am now going to travel a few kilometers for my prescriptions. Please don't leave a stock reply to this review. If you care about your customers, you will get rid of this woman. When your overall rating is 2.3, there is a definite problem that needs to be fixed.
