Called them and didn't see anyone for half an hour , called back to check what was happening and got hung up on and given attitude , don't give them your business

I hired this service to (330 am) and from (midnight) the airport in SJ, as well as one within town, and the drivers were on time, courteous, and friendly. Great work!

Reserved a taxi a day in advance to make sure it was on time for a drive to the airport. On the next day, still had to call the service as taxi was not there at expected time. Dispatcher answered, which was a good thing at 5:10am, and said taxi was going to be late. Not sure if taxi would have shown up at all if the reminder call had not been made.Taxi finally arrived more than 10 minutes late. Driver was polite and drove responsibly. That was positive. Luckily, we made it to the St-John airport in time as we had planned a time buffer.Once at the airport, driver charged us 30$ with only explanation being that it was the fixed rate. Charge meter was not on, so no idea what the real cost actually was.

Unreliable! Do not work with them when you need to be somewhere for a specific time. You can't call to order taxi for tomorrow because they say to call 1 hour in advance. But then when you call 1 hour in advance they just don't pick up the phone (called 20 times). Unprofessional, they don't care. I wish to have Uber sooner not to have companies with this attitude here. It is the shame especially when people come to NB for the first time and have this attitude from the very beginning.

Called a cab at 1045, they advised me it would be 45 minutes. That wasn’t an issue. When I called at 1130 to check they said my friends were next in line. I called again at 12am I was told it would be another 45 minutes. When I said this isn’t the best service and why I was getting the run around, I was told “it’s Friday, the busiest night and you called at 11 that’s your own problem” … I cancelled the cab. I would NEVER call them again. It’s one thing to make a customer aware of the situation. It’s another to berate me for trying to find a sober drive home. My taxi was from KV to Titusville. So not a cheap fare. They lost out on service. And they lost my respect and my support of there business. Small town, people talk. I hope you realize this. We all will make sure everyone knows this. And seeing your other reviews I should just have never called this company.

They have terrible customer service. I had something of mine fall out of my pocket when in one of there taxis today and contacted them 3 times and they neglected to contact the driver or do anything about the situation. I wasn’t asking for much, just to have my item returned to me, if it was still in the car and another passenger hadn’t taken it. Plus the lady I spoke on the phone with was very rude and nonchalant about the whole thing. Didn’t give much care note seem like she was actually going to contact the driver like she said she would. Said that “she was waiting for the driver to get back to her which I don’t believe at all” all I was asking was that the driver take one quick look though her car and call me back if she found my lost item. Is that really to much to ask. I’ll stick with vets next timeAlso not sure if this is a standard with the company but when it came time to pay I used debit and the lady set everything up but charged me a dollar more than what was on the screen which was clearly displayed 2 feet in front of me. I was in a rush to get clocked in for work on time but still what’s with the overcharge, is it cause I used debit or did she want an automatic tip. I know the women too i serve her all the time at my job and she’s always rude. Overall just not a good experience.

I called for a cab to show up at Kustom auto sound at 7:55am the lady said the cab would be 10 mins. I drop my vehicle off at 8 am waited for the cab 15 mins go by no cab. Its now 8:20am. i tried to call them to see where the cab is as I had to be to work... they didn't answer the phone called 3 times.... Kustom auto sound Dana was kind enough to drive me to work would never ever recommend this company or use them again!
