The phone system is utter trash. It's painful, and takes forever. But, once you get an agent on the line, they're the most helpful, and amazing people. They offered a quote that was half the cksof other providers for the same coverage. 10/10 would recommend

They do not complete the work at once, you have to go back and forth to get the job done.When you handover the car for repairs all they gonna do is make it look pretty from the outside. From the inside it will still be damaged and they won't even look at it.

When I asked why you didn’t send me the repair estimate, the advisor Rosita Paraiso told me “because you didn’t ask”. I let them show the policy, she said we don’t have policy. She didn’t acknowledge me I can choose repair center by myself, she judged my English, her service and attitude made me suffering mental health issue that made me can not work and have a standard life.Spent 3 months to repair my car!! Forced me to pick up in unfinished car!! With many safety issues!!! Cursed the place for multiple times！The worst place. Agent never picks up the call, repairing schedule delayed and delayed and delayed! Have been waiting for two months as the original estimate repairing process is 13 business days….on Dec 13 they told me the car will be ready for next week, on Dec 14, they urged me to pick up the car on the same day! All the staff are freaking fraud!

I bank with TD, I financed my Car with TD, and now I do insurance with TD. They have excellent everything. I love this bank.

I would give -100 starts for TD I have been with TD for more than 3 year once in a while I change my address they take it as opportunity to increase my insurance. I never had a claim or tickets on me very clean record on my licence instead of going down my insurance it it always increasing for every renewals literally paying same price as of my car EMI every month. When I travel to other country I keep my car in garage parking for this they are charging very very high. When you on your insurance back you need to pay more amount.

TD Insurance Auto Centre- London for me has done an amazing job beyond expectation. It sure took care everything of all my claims and concerns. A swift process of the transactions were very professional and orderly. I had two accidents damaged claims which only took place within 2 months, and I thought it would be difficult for me to process. But everything went well, from information, repairs, car rental replacement, etc. The overall transaction took a very smooth process and I was quite happy and satisfied about it. I want to say Thank you for the management and staffs of TD Insurance Auto Centre-London for making me proud that I have a Car Insurance company that really doing a great job. Especially the adjusters Deanna Messervey and Don Low who always reminding me and sending me updates regarding my claim, they are both amazing. And also the service department who has done a really great job of fixing the damages of my car. And all other staffs and employees in TD Insurance Auto Centre, Your good Service is highly appreciated. TD Insurance is my No. 1 Car Insurance company and I will never stop recommending it to others. Thank you and keep it up.

I’m used to the awesome TD service everywhere, but this one was just ok. I mean nothing problematic happened during my visit, but it wasn’t a welcoming experience. Let me elaborate..First of all, this place is busier than I assumed and as soon as you entered it’s not clear who you are to meet. I just lingered around to make an eye contact with someone and after a few minutes a lady in the corner was able to offer ‘do you have an appointment’ question and I was taken care of.My appointment time was altered without my notice, but they still assisted me within reasonable time, however, car rental company tried to justify the delay based on that.While I was there, there was likely a conflict resolution going on with loud arguments with another customer. I pretty much ignored, but subconsciously I wasn’t feel good because of it. I mean it was a verbal fight.Previous week I tried to reach out to them and left voicemail to clarify the need of wheel lock. My calls went unreturned and due to which I may incur an additional charge for replacement wheel locks.The final person who helped with vehicle assessment was awesome, he knew his stuff, clear and precise.Rental service on the house is not that great, they have bigger wait time than TD and cars they offer are mediocre, but I wouldn’t rate TD based on that experience.

The services are absolutely higher in class. The adjusters and the guys from the shop were all very friendly and helpful. They also have the car rental onsite from enterprise, and both representatives I talked to were very pleasant to deal with. I even received a call from the agent asking how the rental drives.You're probably not in the best mood when you visit a collision center, however the comfortable and friendly staff and the easy process from this facility would ease the pain.They also offer pretty good beverages in the waiting area. The area is cozy, open and comfortable.

Would give zero stars if possible. Been paying insurance for years. Called about an issue with my house. Took almost a year of bounced around calls before I even got a response on whether something was covered or not. They used a Assessor" who did not even come by the house. Claimed damage that was not there and refused the claim based on that. Absolutely horrible to deal with and a year of stress and phone calls that I will never get back."

It all depends on your claim adjuster. In my last claim I was very happy, I had an excellent gentleman who was following my claim to the small details.
