The installers were quick to set up the appointment and they were outstanding when they were here. The new front door and installation is amazing. We got our new front door back from Premium Door systems in 2022 and we stayed so happy! We chose modern style to match our townhouse and it looks amazing. Unfortunately, buying a new front door is a big purchase, but it’s worth every penny. Every time time I see our door, I am very happy because it improved the look of our townhouse. Installation process was quick and seamless. Overall, we are absolutely satisfied!

Door looks good and works perfectly - multi point lock system is a wonderful idea. Service was friendly and install was professional. Exterior caulking around the new door looks a bit rough- could be me being too picky though - overall very happy with the door

We purchased three doors through Premium Door System and were initially very pleased with the way they looked. In fact we still like how they look. The issues are in the repair process. Shortly after installation, we had an issue with the gasket. That was quickly resolved. Because we purchased the locks through them they ended up being faulty and have now been waiting since early July to get them repaired. In fact, we now have two locks that don’t open as intended and have to lift up to open. The third doors lock seems like is about to follow suite and loose. We’ve been in touch with the admin many times but nothing has come of the situation and we’re still waiting to get our doors locks repaired. :( Sadly the after sale expires has been very much like pulling teeth.

This company did an amazing job. Everything was done quickly, the price was awesome and the installation was fast and neat. Before choosing this company we contacted a few others and after doing research we choose Premium Doors System. We are so grateful, we got such an amazing modern door.
