Walking into this establishment I was impressed by the new fresh look as it’s now under new management. The customer service was horrible. I walked in and one guy was on the phone with no acknowledgment that a customer just walked in, the other woman was just on the computer. I waited at least 5 mins before the guy on the phone made any acknowledgement. When I stayed what I was looking for, his response was very cold and nonchalant, almost like I interrupted his day. They couldn’t provide the service I was asking for, which was wheel alignment and balancing, apparently my car is too long.The things is, across the road I noticed Limitless Tires, he didn’t even advise me to go there as good practice or friendly gesture. I went there anyway and got a great service from start to finish and my car wasn’t too long lol….what a bunch of jokers in a business that’s all customer based. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This Green & Ross on Bridgeland Ave have always given me excellent service in the past and continue to do so. I have had several recent urgent repairs on both my vehicles and they always look after me as and when needed. I am very satisfied with their service and completely confident in recommending them to others which I do. They really value their customers.

Came for winter tire changeover. Sat in waiting room for 70 mins for unscrupulous owner (who was not even there to see the tire), to tell his worker to try and upswell new tires, rather than put on winters with only 2 seasons wear…because tires I have was made in 2016. Less than 10k of mileage and with the green and yellow lines still visible on tires. Refused to put on tires without me buying new ones!!!This guy is a crook and if you come here. Be Prepared to be scammed. Stay away! CBC Marketplace should come here to put this joker out of business.

We had an emergency on Christmas Eve at 12 noon. A tire was losing air pressure so we needed to get it fixed. We don't live in Toronto so we didn't know where to go. I called at least six different places and they were either closing for the holiday or booked up. When I called here, the owner said they were closing up but that they would wait for us! We were in shock that they would actually go out of their way like that. We got there in about 20 minutes..they were knowledgeable, friendly and fixed everything in no time. Thank you so much for your kindness when we needed help!! The new winter tires are great!

Went there for a oil change, the guy called someone that was working remotely to make a quote, i informed him that all my details are there :car ,make and stuff but he still asking, its okey, they made me pay before the oil change , then they checked the car they were saying you have to replace the links and stuff, i asked for the price, they called the guy to get quotes and i heard him saying on the phone: oh i know RJ the customer is crazy

I have used this Green & Ross location for both my personal vehicle and commercial truck for several years with no problems. Approximately one year ago things changed whereby prices rose a few times, which is fair enough. I asked for the oil to be changed in addition to replacing my summer tires with winter and was told it did not require changing. In fact it was not checked as I went to my local Ford dealer the next day to do the oil. I still went back today to switch my winter tires back to summer as the location is quite convenient to my work. I was advised the price would be $129.95 + tax which was another increase from last winter but I was still OK with that and dropped my vehicle off. I went to pick the truck up an hour ago and was charged $140 + tax. I told the manager that was not how business should be done where they give you a price and tell you head office just raised it another $11. The money is a small amount but the principle is huge. Bottom line, this location as misrepresentative and highly unprofessional. I will obviously stop being serviced here and suggest potential customers think twice before using their services.

I needed quick action when the brake light on my fiat 500 came on suddenly before a snow storm. I went into the Green and Ross guys. They assessed the issue immediately, provided a written work order so I could see the costs attached and then did the replacement brakes and various additional items relating to the new brakes and I was on my way in about 2 hours. Thanks for their helpful and quick response to my issue.Very good service!

Had 2 replace a new tire,Michelin would not honor warranty but Green & Ross,got me a much better deal.very pleased with their service,highly recommend this company.i have been dealing with them for 10yrs,since i was not happy with Hyundai service
