Great brokerage and real support from everyone

A house that has been listed for a quite some time for sale as well as for lease, and from what I can tell, it's been on the market since Nov.. I applied, was denied (In June), no reason and won't respond to messages as to why I was denied. When I called the office, the lady would not help me, said I had to have a realtor speak to the man as I wasn't allowed to (since when is this the case? What if I didn't have a realtor and needed one as well) and as I was trying to get clarification, she just kept saying she could not help me and kept speaking OVER me instead of answering basic questions, I said at the end of the call as I was quite frustrated that I wasn't even able to speak, I understand you cannot help me, and hung up. I wanted to see if I could speak to someone else to get this realtor to answer myself or my realtor. To me, this does not help their client what so ever, nor are they appreciative to take the time to help potential clients. I did ask for the rent a bit cheaper, and if that was the reason I was declined, I would have gladly went in with what they were asking, but I will never know because their agent won't respond to Me OR to my realtor that I was using, hence why I called, to get a response. Unfortunate for not just myself as I loved the house, but to the ones who was renting it as we would have taken pride and valued that home like we owned it.
