Was a little hesitant, but wanted fried chicken this evening. I hadn't been to a Mary Browns in many years.Service was quick and friendly. Store wasn't busy, and they brought to food right to where I was seated after several minutes.Taste was great! Not as great as compared to the other well know fried chicken chain. Was quite satisfied with the taste and portion size compared to the cost. - I ordered a 2 piece meal, no drink.

If you are looking for quality chicken in Cochrane, Mary browns has it. It is made fresh, or has to be based on the amount of time it takes. Always a heck of a wait even though there aren't many guests inside ever.I wouldn't be upset about the wait if i received what I order, but often the drinks are missed, even when we ask about them. Tonight it was the dessert. Ordered at 7:15 and was out of there at 7:45. Standard display, delicious chicken.

Totally unacceptable to be using rotting lettuce. It’s obviously gone bad. Makes me wonder what else is wrong, that’s not visibly obvious. This is basic kitchen knowledge. Sadly, this is not the first time that this has happened at this location.And while the fried pickles were tasty, I was expecting more than 5 pickle slices.

Wish I could give it zero stars. This is unusual that, in my opinion, I could have such a poor customer service experience but it is one experience that I guarantee I will never repeat. I will take my business elsewhere and if this is the only place serving chicken then I guess I will switch to tofu. To put it in perspective, I once ate at a place where I suspect I might have gotten salmonella poisoning and I actually rated that place higher.

Customer service and food were both excellent. Chicken was done perfect. Taters excellent and the buttermilk buns piping hot and delicious. Definitely will be back.

Best fried chicken and spuds were amazing. We drive in from Bragg Creek with our 4 boys and we all loved it. Staff was awesome too and my boys loved chatting it up with them.
