Always enjoy walking through the yard to see what I can find. Have been coming here for 35+ years. Today was successful too,Dustin did a great job treating me fairly with price, as he always has in the past. Tough job he has dealing with the public who in some cases have a warped idea of what a part is worth. He is always pleasant, smiling and helpful.

Worst experience of buying car from this auction. Bought a car that has transmission issue, not mentioned anywhere in the description. Called them several times left them msg, emailed them, pretty much did everything I could and not even a single person responded back. Didn't know such a big company has such a garbage customer service

The staff were friendly and helpful. Most times a front end loader brings cars out of the yard, but at my request they jump started mine and drove it out to my trailer. Thanks guys !My Jeep has since been fully repaired and is back on the road. Thanks for looking after it for a while . (Jim)

I run a tilt and load.Due to my concerns about catching Covid.I've advised them I won't take paper receipts and they will have to get one from the various companies such as body shops and other tow companies via electronically.My boss advised me today they will stop giving me tows if I don't get a paper one.Which means they place no regard over my safety and well being.I am disgusted!!No value on my life companies

dont buy from this auction total rip off and wont do nothing for you sold me a car that says nothing about having an issue with the engine received the car and engine is knocking and taking me as a stupid telling me if the guy who posted the car didn't hear it theres nothing with the car so im guessing engins start knocking when the cars are on a tow keep screwing people with ur auction ur business wont last long

Watch what you are buying from Impact they take photos on angles that hide the damage and u end up overpaying for junk. i bought a vehicle recently with a $100 claim estamate & cost me $3000 in re conditioning

lot of cars are coming with parts stolen or missing. I understand its hard to trace but there should be a picture of open trunk or parts if any as compulsory for buyers. We don't want to complain later but at the same time its fair for us to decidehope management gets the messagestaff is great no other complains
