Waiting on parts, without a any vehicle for 3 weeks for recall work, and dodge is pushing updated programming that if your truck is deleted, you grenade your computer, and had to have my truck towed to OCD Diesel in Edmonton, cause they know dodge trucks better than dodge.

Booked appointment two weeks ago for recall work. Was supposed to take an hour. Wandered away for an hour and upon return they hadn’t even looked at it. My time meant nothing and it cost me time from work. Highly unprofessional to get nothing accomplished besides getting behind on my work. Oh and the gas for the 100km plus round trip…. Grrrrr

If I could give the service department zero stars it would still be to many. Recall work took weeks to complete. Ended up costing us $1000s and a tow truck to Edmonton to get the work completed that should have been done by dodge.

Very bad experience! Dealing with a sales employee there ! Was told we were approved and made my wife make the drive an hour to come sign paperwork kept on feeding us lies . Had to call finance myself to see what was going on . Was totally different then what the sales guy was telling us wasted our time and gas
