Dial Delivery Moving & Storage

Always had great service from these folks when I needed pianos moved. Website is unresponsive now and phone line not connected. Apparently the company doesn’t exist anymore. :(

Very good experience, the office staff were polite and friendly, the movers worked hard and efficiently. The two team leaders Scott & Dan in particular were excellent during the move, a slight bit of damage during the large move but the office staff were fairly fair in dealing with that. Would use them again without question.

I highly recommend Dial Delivery. Dan and his team are a pleasure to work with. We had a heavy equipment to move which was not an easy move. From the first contact to the day of the delivery Dan and his team handled the entire job with ease. I will be using their services and highly recommend them. Thank you Dan and team for all your hardwork!

Wow, what can I say. 5 stars isn't enough to give this company. This is the second time in 3 years that we've used Dial movers and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were amazing the first time and flawless the second time. We used them to move my father in law out of his home in Mississauga to Elmvale. They were on time, showed up wearing masks and couldn't be more helpful. My father in law has a TON of stuff and I didn't think they'd be able to fit everything in both trucks but they did!! Even when we didn't think everything would fit they started planning getting a third truck to make sure the job was done. Ben is a master at loading trucks. The loading went super smooth, nothing was broken, the workers were friendly and the price was AMAZING!! If you're looking for a mover LOOK NO FURTHER. You can't get better than this!!

We have used dial moving twice!! They do not disappoint and are amazing. Both times we had a piano to move and dial gets the job done with value. Will always be our mover of choice.

After calling a couple local companies to have an upright grand piano moved from the upstairs to the downstairs of our home I settled on Dial Delivery Moving & Storage. Throughout the process they were professional and a pleasure to deal with. April is a great employee and the owner himself attended and assisted with the move which went without a hitch. The piano was moved this morning while I was at work and I am already sharing my positive experience with my colleagues and would recommend Dial to others without hesitation.

I would give Dial 10 stars if I could. Their office staff and moving crew are very friendly and professional. The crew worked efficiently all day, accomodated our requests and showed the utmost care with our belongings. Would definitely call them again.

We are preparing to book our friends at Dial once again, as they have a proven track record with our family stemming over 25 years and 5 moves working on our sixth. From booking to actual moving I have found the service and the staff personable, knowledgeable and the willingness to make your move as seamless as possible. Frankly, I am not sure just how the staff perform their moving assignments with confidence, detail, respectfulness and so caring of your property.
